The instruments feel hopeful and desperate at the same time. It's like it's trying to hold on to something but no matter how close it feels you can't hang on
To me it feels like it's trying to hold on to something but it keeps getting pushed along by the waves of time, rapidly getting desperate as you cant keep up, confused at why you're longing for something long passed.
Glad to see youre still making music I only learned of the whole debacle recently so I was worried about you I can only hope youre doing at least a little better now
Are you still silently falling apart now or describing yourself when you were? I guess im asking if you think you are improving or falling apart over time now.
ima be deadass, if you read this, while your work with calamity was awesome the stuff you make now is blatantly superior, and im not really osmeone who makes music so i wouldnt know the delicate nature of making this stuff enough to judge but i can say that ive enjoyed your newer work far more. just feels like it has purpose beyond just serving as an in game soundtrack so its kinda sad that most people are stuck on calamity so much, cuz honestly these are hidden gems
Yes, indeed. -The Darksign brands the Undead.- I wish this music would blow up so others can connect with this music, but another part of me feels like this is fine the way it is. Showing a tragic story unfolding to a small audience, unknown to the rest of the world.
I love both, I appreciate his incredible work with motifs and the overall effort he put into his calamity work, but I really wish it didn’t overshadow his newer stuff. I like the direction he’s taken with this, especially considering how fed up he was with the calamity community. It feels like he has more freedom with what he’s creating after he walked away from calamity as well. I respect him immensely for making the decision to do his own thing for the sake of his mental health.
I make music, and I can attest to the intricate nature of what DOKURO makes. Every piece has so much care and meaning put into it which is truly what makes DOKURO such a good artist. He puts his heart on display for us all to see and the way he does it feels more genuine than any other composer I've listened to. DOKURO truly is a master of his craft.
There's something great about DM Dokuro, the sound that is recognizably his. I think it's really cool that you could sit me down and show me some songs and I'll recognize "Wait these are Dokuro's work"
This shit is nearly on the level of that one song "Experience" (Disclaimer: I am using the word shit in the context of how one would say stuff not calling it shit)
you need to do more things for games. your music inspires me to create. it reminds me of the a friend I used to have when I tried to fix the broken friendship.
keep coming back to like literally every single one of dokuro's fucking songs, & while vocals (generally, not specifically dokuro's writing) are usually a turnoff for me, these instrumentals are still so goddamn good (breakbeats hnngf)
(sidenote; like 30 seconds into the song i realized im actually like hot asf but if i took off my hoodie i'd have to take of my headphones so i sweated for 7 fucking minutes cuz aint no way i'm pausing this shit🔥🔥🔥🔥)

It feels like boss music to me
It feels like a shattered memory you're trying to remember but you're mind keeps pushing it away
I just love your songs...

Dude, this was a trip of a song, I love it.
love your work as always Dokuro
I feel like asking my self now, "Why is it called a building, if its already built?"
Всё это так прекрасно.. я чувствую, как мои страдания растворяются в этой мелодии, и остаётся только Музыка и Надежда!
Are you still silently falling apart now or describing yourself when you were? I guess im asking if you think you are improving or falling apart over time now.
Dokuro would say he’s been falling apart for the last 3 years.
This is an abstract masterpiece
I love hearing the lyrics in my mind when instrumental version
Peaceful but like you said got me feeling like I’m in a analog horror
This feels like something I’ve felt before but can’t explain, and the song feels as if it understands that feeling; it’s a really good song :)

God Please shut the fuck up he clearly hates calamity and its players you are just bruising up old wounds again.
