    Nice. I spent many hours fishing from that jetty as a child with my dad back when it was still in one piece as a working jetty with it’s long conveyor belt and engine house. I remember quite large ships being tied up and getting loaded with dolomite from the nearby mine. It was a bustling place in the summer time with fisherman and day trippers. Saw schools of wild tuna moving around the jetty and the occasional (very large) shark cruising around also.

    Really nice dive site. Walk in and walk out. Shallow with what I presume great bottom time. Great wildlife too! Cheers from Sweden.

    Great footage, editing and music selection. My family and I dived at Rapid Bay jetty a number of years ago. We were hoping to see leafy sea dragons but weren't lucky enough to find those. Still a very enjoyable dive though.

      The leafies tend to hang out to the right of the t junction.

    Ahhh, brings back memories, (not all good) dragging tanks up and down the cliffs/dunes in 40c heat, at/near Cape Otway light house, before it was a tourist destination,
    I'm too old for that now, enjoy while you can, I reckon you should be picking the scallops up out of port phillip bay! mmmm

    Could you please do a review of the zeta sky observer it is a big fpv plane from Aliexpress I want to get one but there is almost no information on it besides a quick build from hobby King that hardly shows any detail about the building process and the parts included I am sure many other people that also want to buy it would appreciate the video :)

    Nice ! There was much more marine life than I was expecting. Do people fish off that pier ? Aren't you worried about getting tangled up in their line ?

    • @AndrewNewton
      @AndrewNewton  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very popular for diving and fishing. There are signs to warn fishos to watch out for divers.

    I wonder if there's an Aussie version of TH-cam called SharkTube where fish go to post videos of their lunch.
