Basically the lore about this is(My Theory): Vanessa also know as Vurr,watched everything different because of the VR headset.Each of the animals represents the friends that Vanessa haved,everyone dead with a terrible fate,beacuse of it Vanessa starting to go insane making herself an imaginary friend being "William" which represents a wendigo. With the VR headsets Vanessa does not see the reality and when she took them off she see it all. Basically: Vanessa when she haves the VR headsets on she kinda basically forgets that their friends and William is basically her trauma. Peter got shot on the eye by an arrow when it was supposed to be shot at the apple on top of his head. Carl probably got attack by a feline by the big scratches and was probably not attack by a normal cat. Zee died beacuse a Honeycomb falled to his head and the bees sting him to death. Marvin probably died beacuse something that haves related with him being a snake like being poisoned. Frank is unknown for me. Paul is basically suffering hypothermia. With the VR headsets Vanessa does not see the reality and when she took them off she see it all.
