I'm a stroke victim and paralysed one side of my body. Now rehabilating at home. The Peace i found in my inner soul by this ziker, Alhamdulillah it is unbounded. And "LailahaillaAllah". Much much better than physio and therapy. These Zikr keep my mind cool and happy.

Aslong as you repent wholely with your heart no intention to return to the sin. Then remember Allah is Al Ghafoor ! The most forgiving and Allah is the most merciful ! So accept that Allah has forgiven you cause we cannot doubt his might and his mercifulness and forgiveness as it is beyond limit . The fact that Allah even brought h to the prayer mat, shows he wants to forgive you. Otherwise youd be blinded by heart and mind. Hope you understand. May Allah ease your worries and grant you blessings in life. Health. Wealth children and ultimately closeness to Allah. Ameeen
