Get rid of all their aged _experienced_ workers in favour of young models fresh out of college or uni, and then wonder why their company isn't doing so well all of a sudden. Age used to mean and be worth something once upon a time. And not just "you're too old for this". Some things truly are a young man's game, music is not and has never been one of those things. Regardless of genre. If anything, age should mean you've got even _more_ to bring to the table. A whole wealth of life experiences to showcase that the younger generations haven't experienced yet. Or maybe never will experience. We should _want_ more older people making music!
