Laying here watching your video and you said taking notes is archaic. Nope never. Back in my early years I fished with a local living legend and he once told me there's 2 things that will make me a better tournament bass Fisherman 1 is to learn the 4 season and what bass tend to do... (spring, summer, fall, winter) and 2 is keep notes. That I would be surprised how fish relate to things year after year and how our brains can only hold so much information on patterns and different lakes and yes those honey holds. And 30 years later he was right. He's gone now but I learned a lot in part because of all the note books listed year after year I revert back to......I guess that's why I have a trophy room..........! Ok back to your video....
Appreciate you watching. Sounds like you have a ton of experience there… maybe you could tell me what I may have been doing wrong there lol. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻
@@JeffreyDavisFishing Hey Man that's they way it goes sometimes. I did go out and fish the Potomac the very next weekend after your event. I just posted the video and it was epic. Big fish after fish.
Got to hand it to ya the Potomac for your first Toyota is a lot to handle, but that’s how you learn and keeping improving as an angler. I also keep a written journal on tidal especially with multiple days of practice.
Yoo Jeff since our last names are the same show some love bro I gotta big tournament next weekend on the kayak out there have any launch recommendations
Interesting concept of charting based on tide.

Would love to help. Just not experienced enough out there to send you in the right direction. I bet they’re eating a red chatterbait right now tho.
