      If you look up _Frank Sloup_ and _Brady List_ you’ll find that this true and fair professional is on the Brady list. If you’re unsure of what that is it’s a list of cops who are deemed so untrustworthy and have been caught lying on the witness stand so much they are no longer allowed to be witnesses in court. Since he was useless as a cop in any other capacity they allowed him to keep his job by moving him to traffic. That’s your true and fair professional.

      He is not honest. That has been determined by the court and his own department. He is on the Brady List for frequently and blatantly lying under oath. He lied and tried getting a single father locked up for years and kid put in Foster Care, all because Sloup jumped the gun on Constitutional right of the man... and instead of taking a complaint and being an honorable man, he held firm and lied all the way through court, luckily video surfaced... Just think of that... Instead of getting a written and verbal complaint and maybe a few day suspension, the guy would rather have the dad thrown in a hellhole and removed from his son... and I bet Sloup would have slept like a baby at night... That is true narcissistic sociopathic behavior... He sees himself as so much better than everybody else that nobody even matters. Anyways, I highly doubt that was the only time.

    • @ChrisS-oo6fl
      @ChrisS-oo6fl ปีที่แล้ว

      @@stuartdavis798they don’t list the offense. Usually a single offense is the straw that breaks the camels back but they evaluate your history locking for other transgressions. Frank has many. I believe Falsifying documents got him on the list but he’s also been demoted from Sergeant before and fired multiple times for lying and falsifying stuff. If I’m not mistaken he was also sued and lost for assaulting a female while off duty. But you’d need too double check that (I’m usually right). It doesn’t matter what offense landed him on the list. It’s irrelevant. It’s time the public stop defending bad law enforcement because of an adolescent and naive perception and biased cognition. They are to be held at a higher standard when they hold the level of authority and are in charge of life altering decisions. You can’t see a criminal one way then view a deputy another because he’s draped in the colors and wearing a badge. He’s on the list , he’s a bad deputy regardless if vulnerable people think differently based on a few highly edited videos filmed and released by the department.

      @ChrisS-oo6fl ปีที่แล้ว

      Your favorite law enforcement officer is a demoted sergeant who’s been terminated by multiple departments for lying and falsification and is on the Brady list! That’s a list compiled usually by a prosecutor's office or a police department containing the names and details of law enforcement officers who have had sustained incidents of untruthfulness, criminal convictions, candor issues, or some other type of issue placing their credibility into question. If I recall correctly he’s also been sued for assaulting a female while off duty and he lost. )don’t quote me in that one as it’s been awhile but I’m usually correct)
      You need to be careful about formulating an opinion of people based on a few short videos on the internet filmed, selected, edited and released by the department to paint them in a positive light and procure large investments from production crews. This is especially true of already have a naive perception bias or adolescent comprehension of law enforcement. You light not be as intuitive as you think or even a great judge of character.

Not only that Frank’s testimony is worthless because the courts deemed his statements and testimony untrustworthy! He has a history of not showing up to court so the cases get drops down yet his still writing tickets! @@Convoycrazy - You wrote, _” Can you provide any information that isn’t faked or heresay or missing data or some r-tarded youtube video?”_
      Answer: Sure thing. All you have to do is Google up *Frank Sloup Brady List* and you will be taken to his profile page on the Brady List website. The Brady List website is where you can look up every cop in the county who is on the Brady List. It’s not hearsay, it’s not faked, it’s fact.
      Being on the Brady List means his official misconduct as a law enforcement officer was so bad, and not hearsay like someone filed a complaint bad but actually verified, proven bad, that his testimony on a witness stand is considered completely unreliable. In other words, his character and integrity are so questionable that his testimony will get thrown out. If you’re on the Brady List prosecutors can’t use you so as a police officer you’re next to useless. You can’t be a detective because you’d be called to testify and any evidence you came in contact with would thereby tainted. You can’t be a beat cop for the same reasons. It looks like they moved him to the place where he could do the least damage, permanent traffic duty, because most people just pay their fines. (I wonder what would happen if you took your traffic citation to jury trial. Frank can’t testify. 🤔)
      I don’t have a hard-on for cops. You say the man’s a role model. I would expect a role model not to be a man of such poor and questionable character. As you elevate him to role model status I just thought you’d like to know a bit of truth about the man.

I think Arizona should implement Saturday detention for speeders and they should have to watch these videos and hear a lecture from a driver's education Teacher. I don't think juveniles should receive warnings I think they should all have to talk to a judge.

      In Pennsylvania youth aren't allowed to drive at night.
      I think any contact between juveniles and law enforcement traffic enforcement should require of the juvenile to have a talk with the judge. I think additional driver's education is required. My driver's education teacher in high school was the meanest teacher in the school. I was extremely afraid of him and I listened to everything he said. Nobody talked back and nobody interrupted and nobody talked in class had nobody caused trouble. We still had people who were dead within 5 years. I have been a safe driver for almost 50 years.
