To begin with, his content is all in Japanese, meaning only those who can understand Japanese well are able to learn from it. so it's basically impossible. On top of that, if test takers all over the world harness useful phrases or templates for writing and speaking sections by watching Yamauchi's youtube, the scores would relatively decrease according to the current score calculation methods. For those reasons, I don't believe all toefl test takers must watch the youtube videos
