Thanks so much for all those tips for making stencils and using the backing sheets of the sticky to make that beautiful card. The card and box were so effective.
The tip to place the sticker, adhesive side up, on the non-stick liner and then apply the adhesive side of the cardstock to the sticker makes SO much sense! I mangled a few stickers before I saw your video and had that "Ah ha!" moment. I've taken the lesson to heart. Now, even if I'm not using double sided adhesive, but just want to place a sticker on plain cardstock, I place the sticker adhesive side up and lay the cardstock on top. If I'm not cutting out the image, and need careful placement, I place the sticker on my acrylic cutting pad from my die cutting machine and hold it up where I can see through it to place my cardstock on the sticker. Putting the sticker on the cardstock BEFORE the glitter is also a wonderful tip. Thank you so much!
Wow! Super card! I just love the coloring with the Copics. I have not tried this yet, but have all the supplies to give it whirl! I really like the die and will have to add them to my wish list! Thank you for sharing and please do more video tutorials. I always gain so much by watching the demonstration of the techniques and it also helps prevent so much trial and error/product wasting than if I were doing it without watching the video first!
+Elizabeth Craft Designs ... Els, this is gorgeous!!! You are SO creative!!! Love this glitter technique!!! I'll have to try this one myself!! With some of my new Elizabeth Craft product! ☺
Wen`t to one of your classes last week. It was so helpful. Now I have to practice this technique. Greatful to have the u tube to keep going back to candy
I have been watching your video's all week! I am wanting to try the sticker method, but at this time I don't have any stickers. I will have to try it when I do!
WOW! I love this! You are amazing. I especially liked the way your explained exactly what you were doing ~ you were very through in your instructions. Thank you so much for posting this. I'm glad I found you. Thumbs up and I subscribed! Can't wait to try this technique. (Love your accent, by the way). :-)
my daughter bought me some sookwang 2 sided tape. can this be used as the double sided transparent adhesive sheet? i also have some storeroom transfer sheets in my basket, that is only to be used on transferring the negative side of the stickers, correct?
Pleased to "meet" you. I feel like I already know you, since I watch Stacey from Scrapbooking Made Simple every Saturday and she has spoken of your meetings in the McDonald's parking lot to exchange product. Have a great Easter!
One: Great tutorial! Your sticker placement technique is going to be used for certain. Two: So here's a question. I haven't done a google or TH-cam search to see if anyone has already tried this but: I was wondering if using "puffy paint" (fabric paint that comes in the bottle with a fine tip for nozzle...Tulip brand or store brands) instead of peel off stickers will work. I only ask because while having to have a super steady hand to apply the paint is tedious, purchasing multiple sheets of sticker can get costly when you're on a tight budget. I figure the steps based on your technique would be the same except to use a printer to print an image on the card stock before adding the sticky sheet to it. After the sticky sheet is added, trace over the image with the paint and let it dry. After it's dry, add the micro glitter and carefully buff it in. The issues I do see arising would be the paint could shift if buffing is too rough and glitter getting embedded in the dried paint. I'll try it out as I have a bunch of fabric paint from past and for future workshops and at home fabric decoration crafts.
Thank you for this video. It has opened up a whole new world of card-making for me.
Thank you for showing us how you create these beautiful cards with the glitter and Copic markers. Seeing the steps helps so much.

Wonderful card thank you.
So pretty! I love my Copic markers...
Great techniques! Thank you!!
Love this! I have Copic Markers and can't wait to try this technique! :)
Jenn, you will love it I promise:-)!
wonderful, colorful card. Just picked up the oval accordion die and can't wait to play. Is it absolutely necessary to use alcohol ink and not dye?
Linda, alcohol ink works best but you can use any alcohol based marker so does not need to be Copic markers.
BEAUTIFUL! IT is 2015 ar the OWL peel off stickers available? they are SO CUTE...thank you...
Thankyou , I might have a go at this, if I can remember where I've put my peel off stickers lol x

this is my favorite video tutorial love to do this
Beautiful!
Beautiful, and yes it's easy!
is it certain paper to make the card or do you use card stock for the owl one
Carol, the owl is colored as show in the TH-cam. The card itself is regular cardstock and scrapbook paper. Hope this helps.
