- The ki-83 is a pretty quirky plane. Air spawn, good armament, great climb rate... that's pretty much all you need to succeed in air RB. But, it does still require a decent amount of thinking to get that success (unfortunately)
The plane is not really anything special performance wise, in my opinion. The main perk is simply being above everyone at the beginning of the match. As long as you have good target prioritization, prioritizing higher energy state enemies first, you should be able to easily win the match. The problem is, it's a lot easier said than done. It requires a lot of patience that I don't necessarily have. So I'd rather just zoom around the map and be relatively aggressive :)
Apologies for the audio in this video- I think some random windows update messed up some microphone settings, I'm not even entirely sure, but I am sure the issue is now fixed. I had already re-recorded this video like 3 times due to the same issue seemingly being fixed until rendering, so finally I got fed up with it and decided to make this the final product. Anyways again the issue will be fixed going forward so not to worry too much. I tried to make up for it this time with some more funny editing than usual, so lmk if you're a fan of that in the comments down below! It takes me awhile but I personally think it makes for a more entertaining watch.

This, The Ki-84 Ko and Otsu, The A7M2, The J2M2 and 5 and the Ki-43-III are my favourites in the japanese tree. The Ki-84 especially is lovely

man i wish i could play more planes from different tt but i have no fun playing wt anymore. i just play custom battles everything else is just unfun and the teammates and unbalanced planes do not help. and grinding after getting through half of german air and ground plus rank 3 in almost all nations? hell nah.
Feeling the burnout? It's happened to me before too, I'd take pretty long breaks then come back unfamiliar and with no expectations and have a lot of fun again. To each their own man, I appreciate you still watching the vids & wish you good luck :)
