Driver's Charisma is somenthing F1 always had a lack of, with a few some exceptions (Kimi, Vettel first's years), but these 3 guys + Ricciardo, made F1 much more interesting and we can feel much more closer to the drivers.
The fact these guys get along as well as they do, not to mention they do things like gaming on their free time together. F1 is definitely in good hands with them.
Honestly as much as people talk shit about Albon he's a real genuine guy and he's a face that should be in F1. I don't think it would be fair to get rid of him this early on
