The small picture of it, the Hammond's, a ranching family did controlled burns a few years back before the dry season for wild fires. They burned their property so it would burn at a time of their choosing instead of it being un-controllable by natural wild fires. So everything was burned, the fire crossed property lines onto Federal Land that the BLM has been buying up and pushing ranchers off leaving those who stay with government land owner neighbors.
I think it's great citizens stand up for themselves, exercise their rights, and resist the all too often wrong government machine. Power to the people.

The roadblock was set up before the stop and they did not have probable cause, reasonable suspicion or an arrest warrant to stop the vehicle! The arrest warrant was issued two days after the murder! (To cover their ass) And yes I've been a Police Officer for 13 years and I took an oath to uphold the constitution and serve and PROTECT! To answer your question about what would I have done when I saw him get shot by a non-lethal projectile to his left side and saw him reach to his left side, COMMON SENSE would show he is reacting to the pain from the impact. He didn't lay down because he was in deep snow. He was walking with his hands in the air, back towards the Officers and was not making any aggressive movement. When they shot him with the projectile! Let me shot you with a 40mm projectile from 15ft and let's see how you react. Laws protect citizens from LEO actions causing citizens reaction! For example: If a Police car drives up behind you on a freeway and rides your ass, and you speed up to get past the traffic on your right so you can move over for the officer to pass; the officer can not give you a citation for speeding! This is actually case law, look it up! Ask yourself....why did they already have a roadblock set up before the traffic stop? Drizzy Carlos This was started two years ago, but I'm still a little hazy on the details. The rancher's cattle were grazing on public land and were seized by the government(gov't) because apparently it was gov't land, but it was seen as unconstitutional by the farmers; which lead to a standoff between the two parties. The militia tried to step in on behalf of the farmers, but in an effort to prevent the situation from escalating any further, the militia was asked to back off. Turns out they could've used the militia after all as Lavoy ended up killed or murdered by cops. I believe the incident was captured live, but I saw it on wikileaks before it was removed and any traces of it disappeared; hence why some people saw it as a murder.
Bundy and his turds trespassed, let their animals tear up public land then had a standoff with cops when they were educated on what you can and can't do on public land. They surrendered eventually, weren't hardly charged with anything then the cops murdered one of his buddies when he got out of the car after they told him not to. Moral of the story - obey the law and you won't get arrested or murdered.

The FBI originally asked them to disperse, but under Idaho law they were doing nothing wrong, so they didn't. The group i was part of was part of that, and only provided security. Probably on average, 80-90% have served, and under me when i was 2nd in ohio. Everyone was trained professionally and have been through background checks..we make it not that simple, to where just anyone can join. We have made convoys to flint Michigan as well. We are just simply keeping our oath. What has happened here was land that was seized illegally, and we were asked to provide security..only to a certain area of the property.

The rancher's cattle were grazing on public land and were seized by the government(gov't) because apparently it was gov't land, but it was seen as unconstitutional by the farmers; which lead to a standoff between the two parties. The militia tried to step in on behalf of the farmers, but in an effort to prevent the situation from escalating any further, the militia was asked to back off. Turns out they could've used the militia after all as Lavoy ended up killed or murdered by cops. I believe the incident was captured live, but I saw it on wikileaks before it was removed and any traces of it disappeared; hence why some people saw it as a murder.
Bundy and his turds trespassed, let their animals tear up public land then had a standoff with cops when they were educated on what you can and can't do on public land. They surrendered eventually, weren't hardly charged with anything then the cops murdered one of his buddies when he got out of the car after they told him not to. Moral of the story - obey the law and you won't get arrested or murdered.

its about some farmers who own cattle and the BLM confiscated their land and claimed it as public land. So their herd is now incapable to graze in those lands. They revolted and took control of a wildlife reserve in Oregon(that reaches into idaho). The 3%r's stepped in to create a buffer zone between the farmers and federal govt. to ensure that the federal government would hopefully not create a remake of waco or ruby ridge. The FBI originally asked them to disperse, but under Idaho law they were doing nothing wrong, so they didn't. The 3%r's left only after the rioters and FBI both told them to leave, and thankfully nobody got shot.

The group i was part of was part of that, and only provided security. Probably on average, 80-90% have served, and under me when i was 2nd in ohio. Everyone was trained professionally and have been through background checks..we make it not that simple, to where just anyone can join. We have made convoys to flint Michigan as well. We are just simply keeping our oath. What has happened here was land that was seized illegally, and we were asked to provide security..only to a certain area of the property.
