1 stalk of Spring Onion
1 Bowl of Rice Flour & 3 Bowl of Plain flour (Ratio of 1:3)
1 tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Baking Powder
A Dash White Pepper
Some Water
Cooking Oil (Sufficient for frying)

No u can’t. Rice flour is the one that will make it crispy.
