Amen and Amend! You just spoke to my heart Danny. Im 69 years old now and as hard as Ive worked to prepare for what's coming, my world is crumbling around me. I feel isolated and alone at times but have come to realize that the Lord has allowed Satan to remove everyone and everything that Ive felt I could rely on so that I too would realize that He is all I have and all I need. Pray for me as I continue to pray for you and Wanda.

I will pray for you and those in the same situation. I too know how you feel. I have loved ones that are still blind and find myself trying to do things without help and it's hard for people, but I pray multiple times a day asking for endurance, wisdom, and guidance and lay my burdens onto the Lord.

I'm 74 years old and I find myself all alone now. People I had in my life have left me, people I thought I would never lose. Like you, I find myself relying on God to take care of me everyday. When I think about it, everyone that left are still asleep and have no idea what is happening. That puts us on different pages without anything to talk about. I feel very isolated. I know how you feel so take each day as it is presented to you and keep depending on the Lord to never leave you or forsake you. Just knowing that makes my life a bit easier. May God continue to bless you and know you are never truly alone.

Danny, Thank you. I am 79 and about 6 weeks ago fell off a ladder and broke my hip and had to have a replacement. I woke up after the operation in the hospital not being to move from the extra pain from the fall feeling completely helpless. At that point I spoke to the Lord and asked Him what I needed to learn from this experience and it has been amazing! I am learning that God will give you an inner strength, His strength, which will carry you through, sometimes moment by moment. I turned it all over to Him and He gave me inner peace and quick healing! They kicked me out of the hospital in two days! I have learned we cannot depend on man and his science, but on God to carry us through and best of all He will allow us to die in His time and carry us through to something better if we walk in His Plan. I listen to Porch Time as you always give good insites. Keep it up as it is a calling.

With the state of the current medical care in the United States I told myself not to be so anxious to get it. I already know what I am not going to do which is to take most medication so the only thing left to do is to take care of myself the very best I can. I pretty much have the same heartbeat issues which I have decided are likely caused by the hot sun and stress. My cardiologist also told me that irregular heartbeats are normal and most people have them. The stress of all of this is just making everything worse so my focus is to calm down. Trust God.
The so-called pandemic changed medical care and it’s totally different from when I was an RN. I’ll be 80 in a couple of months.
God is all we have ever had and it’s just becoming more apparent now.

I wish I could find a trustworhty doctor :( I went to one yesterday who was condescending with poor bedside manner. he proudly received his jabs back in 2020. it is so discouraging....I won't be going back to him after he confirmed that yes my health struggle is embarrassing. it is hard to not be afraid of these hospitals and part of me is afraid to have children because I don't want them getting any shots without my consent. I had a friend who had to get a doula to make sure things didn't happen without her knowledge

I worked in the medical field for over 30 years. I watched as our medical care slowly declined. I have been a patient multiple times as well. Once I was actually having to tell everyone around me what was happening to my and they didn’t do anything. At that moment I wondered what was worse going in not knowing anything about medical situations or knowing exactly what was happening and not being able to get them to listen. Thankfully there have been a few who listened and did something. And getting loved ones, friends or coworkers to believe you when you say something is so wrong and they just look at me and say you look fine. You just need to do this or do that. I tell them don’t you think I would if I could? I used to wonder how the patients who just gave up could do that but now I know. You can only fight for so long before it is just easier to let go. I never saw myself as one of the people but after years of fighting for answers and correct care I realized it was never going to happen. So I will pray and ask God to look after me because no one else will. I pray for you to feel better too.

That is so sad to read. I will pray for you. I do understand somewhat. I've always studied health topics and learned a lot about how our bodies work. I had a doctor who wouldn't even discuss my bloodwork results with me. I found a new doctor. I can already see that she is under the thumb of the government. It's a sad time we live in

    • @shieldoffaith8798
      @shieldoffaith8798 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

yes, it is very discouraging. I left the doctor's in tears yesterday after his condescending attitude and lack of empathy. very poor listening skills, as he interrupted several times. he said that my health struggle is embarrassing which didn't help. he was condescending about what things I hadn't had done. never again.....

I've been in healthcare since 1985, 37 years. As an RN since 1993, this poster above is correct. Healthcare is death care. It's an illusion. I've been a patient several times and probably would have died had I not been a nurse myself. Medical errors are swept under the rug. My mom had atrial fibrillation and they would not give a drug I asked for, DIGOXIN. Hospitals no longer give good meds that actually work bc there is no profit in them. Instead she was a given a med that killed her, MULTAQ. I'm sad that I've spent a lifetime in a profession that is all about money. More doctors have created more heroin and xanax addicts than any drug dealer could. It's about getting them to come back every month for RX. All ages have been subdued through pharmakeia, the young ones with head meds and adults and geriatrics on pain meds. It's sad but true. No there is never enough help in a nursing home, I've worked in many. People are treated poorly in these places. It's no place for anyone you love.

I’ve been in healthcare since the 80’s. Dealing with insurance has gotten completely out of control. If you have some of these new plans, almost nobody is in network and you can’t get care. And that’s just one of the many problems in this field. Only God can save us.

While listening to you the Holy Spirit brought my mind to 2 Corinthians Chip 12 where Paul was given a thorn in his side. He prayed 3 times to have it removed but God spoke to him and said “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.” I have gone through similar things with doctors about my illness and get no answers. But I know my Heavenly Father will give me His grace and in my weakness His power is made perfect. I agree with you Danny we all need to increase our faith and pray that Jesus strengthens our faith.

As I age, I’m looking at my last stages of life. (I’m 66). I really don’t want to leave my wife to struggle with upkeep of our homesteads. Plural. I work hard as do you Danny. I’m starting to realize I can’t keep this up into my 80’s. So I’m developing a plan to downsize early so as to be able to enjoy the twilight of my wife’s and my life.
I pray for Wanda and you Danny. I hope you live to see the teacher return soon.
    It’s where our hope rests.

There are many young people who want to live this life and learn skills. If you can find people to help you with the work, you can help them with knowledge and experience. I am a younger person learning from an experienced gardener. She is AMAZING! We originally made this agreement so I could garden and get some food. But now, we are FRIENDS and she has become an important part of my life. I can help her when she goes on vacation and when she hurt her knee. She gives me not only garden skills, but Christian advice to help me grow in Him. God definitely put us together. ❤️

@@midwestribeye7820 that is exactly what I was going to recommend!
I feel multigenerational homesteads is what we must work towards, whether it’s family or other like minded individuals who want to homestead but don’t have their own.
We will have to give up our own greed and selfishness to live near or together, work together and share work load and harvests, it will be about survival not about how much I can get for myself and how much more I have than you, in order for it to work.
I am happy for you and your friend !

Danny, you're exactly right. I lost confidence in the medical profession a bit ago. Started when my mother had a stroke 9 years ago. The medical "profession" looks at a person as a "profit center". And the older one gets, the more tests and nonsense becomes a 'feeding frenzy'. That is, if a patient is old enough (and limited in age range), it is as if they'll try to run as many tests as they can to cash in as much as they can before it's too late (for the hospital, Doc)--to get their billing piece/cash flow while one is still breathing. Because the patient is nothing more than a "profit center". Better get our piece while we can still bill for it and while they're still breathing.
Everything is a con and rip off. There's no honor or integrity.

Danny I believe it's all about how much insurance coverage you have. When I had 90 percent coverage, I was treated like royalty. They sent in teams of doctors, took every test imaginable and didn't want to send me home even though they couldn't find anything wrong. They kept me for 5 days so they could milk my insurance. Years later when I had less coverage, they basically pushed me out the door. It's all about the money. So sad. I'm glad you're ok now Danny and praying for you and Wanda.

I believe that the Holy Spirit is showing his people the way back to the Father and that is His Beloved Son. We are not appointed to condemnation through the blood and sacrifice of Yeshuah. The judgement is reserved for unbelievers and the wickedness of the nations and the fallen angelic class. The time is NOW TO GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER. ASK CHRIST TO COME INTO YOUR HEART. He is our saving grace.

Danny don’t let anyone ever tell you that you are a burden to society because of your age. You are so wise. I appreciate everything that you share. It’s priceless in todays times. A wise faith based friend of mine who lived through the 30’s, told me they were the best years of her life. She said her mother never focused on the negative. They grew their own food, attended church, gathered with family and friends. She talks about her mother singing and dancing in the kitchen daily. I never quite understood why her and I became such close friends with almost a 40 year difference in age. She has since passed and now I understand. God brought her into my life to help me prepare for what is to come. I’m so blessed. I’m blessed to be able to listen to you prepare me as well. God speaks if we listen. Prayers to you Danny and Wanda. I pray you find the teacher/healer to help you with your ailments. Unfortunately the medical facilities are not where you need to be. Take care.

Also I only have my husband & God, my husband is in stage 6 of Dementia, he's dying. When he passes away, I'll be by myself. But glory to God I'll not be all alone, for I'll have my lord to be with me & see me through. I always go to the Lord with all my problems be it health or physical problems. May God bless you and me both Danny. 🙏

Danny, we feel your pain. My husband was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at 46 years old. He was a professional musician for his entire adult life. He decided that he needed a more stable career, so he went to school and graduated with his cosmetology diploma. He lost the use of his right hand and arm before he could take his state board, then he was diagnosed. He is now 55 years old, on his FOURTH attorney, trying to get disability. He has been turned down every single time. His right arm and hand are completely numb. he cannot feel anything. The worst part is the fatigue that hits at random times. He may be having a good day, then all of a sudden, he just can't function. Even if he could find a job, any job, he couldn't be counted on to be there every day, because of that. He goes through the motions of the disability process, gets denied and starts all over again. You are right. They DON"T care. But we have the Lord, so we are fine. Thank you Jesus!

So sorry! Did they do the thyroid antibody testing along with the tsh, t3, t4, etc.? Those can be what they consider "normal" buy the antibodies can still show high and can indicate autoimmune hashimotos thyroiditis. One first step for addressing it is going gluten free, among other things. Do you know your vitamin d and magnesium levels?

    I love the scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7
    King James Version
7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Years ago I wrote with ink this very scripture on my kitchen wall, also when my mother passed away 8 years ago, I found a piece of paper that she wrote this verse on it and I taped it to my kitchen wall. Thank you Danny and Wanda for blessing us with Godly wisdom. I do pray often for all of the prepping channels. Here’s another favorite scripture of mine since the age of 19 in 1976 that I love, I am 64 now. 2 Corinthians 5:7
    King James Version
7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:). 🙏🙏✝

Appreciated this time of you sharing your recent hospital visit. I have come to the same conclusion just yesterday that I have done my best over more than 30 years dealing with dietary issues. I’m so tired and done with the dancing. Someone out there may have answers but I’ve depleted our savings, depleted the energy ut takes to try and figure it all out. That doesn’t absolve me from doing the best I can but I’ve reached the end of the mental effort it takes to try and figure all of it out. Therefore, I will give myself to the Lord for he is greater than all things and can fix all things. There are important things that He deems valuable enough to learn only thru physical adversity. We underrate the development of our spirits. When we do this Christ in me is glorified. My life is not about me but Him. We all cry out to Him to come and get us but the work is not finished yet so the suffering and debilitating things we go thru are for reasons we may not see. We as Americans have a harder time with difficulties for He has so prospered us. So in this day I will say basically as Habakkuk said, I hear the enemy coming but though I lose it all I will praise the Lord. God bless. Come lord Jesus.

I’m not sure exactly what you mean by dietary issues but as a nurse I have seen multiple intestinal issues in patients, I highly recommend doing some research on fermenting foods. There are many TH-cam videos on how to do it, it’s very easy and I think you will find your overall health improve when eating fermented foods. Of course cutting out or limiting processed foods, fast food, soda and unnatural foods as well.
      Gods guidance upon you 🙏🏻

After 15 years I finally went to a local neighborhood NP who does both western and “alternative” medicine. For the first time, I have found relief. I pay for her and the treatments out of pocket.
I had to let go of my search for “the answer” from doctors and truly gave up on the idea that they can/should fix it.
Once I really let it all go, my new person came along.
Let go and let God. 🙏

Danny, One of my favorite things to watch is a TH-cam channel called Kend Heyati (I believe it means “country life”). It is a couple in Azerbaijan who have a farm and do outdoor cooking. There is no talking, just sounds and sights of the their farm and the countryside. ASMR. Honestly, it calms the mind. It would have been comforting for you when stuck in the hospital. I dont watch tv shows anymore-just my favorite TH-cam channels, yours included.

I went out to “get the gate” for my husband and it wasn’t there when I got back to the phone. Those peas and sweet potato vines are just beautiful!
I had wondered if maybe the recent CMEs had had any effects on you, Mr Danny. I know they have had effects on some people recently.
I’m glad you will continue to speak on the Lord. I am new to this path and I hold your guidance to scripture in very high regard.

I made a firm decision over a year ago, to never darken the door of a medical facility ever again. I have a legal document that protects my daughter from "neglect". I haven't been to a doctor in about 3 years. I haven't taken a prescription pill in 2. I feel guilty if I take an ibuprofen or Prilosec. At the age of 8, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. At that time, no meds had been approved for children. Mama wanted to bubble wrap me. (Even though that hadn't been invented yet, either) No more softball, hunting with Daddy, wading creeks, climbing trees or any of the other tomboyish things, I loved to do. Doc told her, if she prevented me from doing those things, I would be in a wheelchair by the age of 24. He told her to let me do anything I wanted to do and I have. I worked hard and played hard. Through the years, auto immune dieseases and all the meds affected my whole body and organs. My thyroid was the only healthy thing I had. When I learned about pharmakeia and Tony Fauci@, I was done. My mindset is... Either God will take care of me or He will take me home. The medical options are about to be eliminated for those without a mark or social credit score anyway. In the greatest country in the world, we should be the healthiest. Yet, we consume 60-70% of the pharmaceuticals in the world. They aren't curing us, they are ki\\ing us. Try God. Lean not on your own understanding. Come out from among her. If I've stepped out of line Danny, delete me or correct me. (I prefer correction) I'm just an old Krazy lady, speaking not out of judgement but from a broken heart of love for humanity.
