*Eastside Low Bottoms shit !* Shout out to the Low Bottom Hustlers... LOW BOTTOMS OVER EVERYTHANG ! Whn i was going to Jeff (*Low Bottom Demos !*) in the early 90's, my lil Relative went there with me for about a year. He was from W/S 67 Hustlers. They eventually turned 67 NHC. In the streets, there seems to always be some kind of ties to the Low Bottoms. A lot of our ppl ended up down here after migrating from the South to find jobs in the early to mid 1900's. There were a lot of factories out this way. I remember reading that the city of Vernon, just East of Alameda, was mostly farmlands. The Low Bottoms was the SHIT back in the jazz era. Central Ave was known as Black Hollywood with it's numerous Black-owned clubs, hotels theatre's and businesses. Black performers from out of town were allowed to PERFORM in Hollywood, but weren't allowed to rent a hotel room there ! So whn they finished their gigs, they ended up on Central Ave, down here in the 20's, 30's, 40's...like the Historic Dunbar Hotel. #LowBottomsShit

Informative, yet useless information coming from this gentleman, unless you reside on that side of town. I can't see visiting over there. What's there to see? Angry people? Whn i was going to Jeff (*Low Bottom Demos !*) in the early 90's, my lil Relative went there with me for about a year. He was from W/S 67 Hustlers. They eventually turned 67 NHC.
In the streets, there seems to always be some kind of ties to the Low Bottoms. A lot of our ppl ended up down here after migrating from the South to find jobs in the early to mid 1900's. There were a lot of factories out this way. I remember reading that the city of Vernon, just East of Alameda, was mostly farmlands. The Low Bottoms was the SHIT back in the jazz era. Central Ave was known as Black Hollywood with it's numerous Black-owned clubs, hotels theatre's and businesses. Black performers from out of town were allowed to PERFORM in Hollywood, but weren't allowed to rent a hotel room there ! So whn they finished their gigs, they ended up on Central Ave, down here in the 20's, 30's, 40's...like the Historic Dunbar Hotel.

Informative, yet useless information coming from this gentleman, unless you reside on that side of town. I can't see visiting over there. What's there to see? Angry people?
