Walaikum Assalam, There are some Pros & Cons in both Universities, It's very difficult to decide, but i'll suggest you to go for Cairo Uni. because it's little easy to Pass their examinations than Ain Shams Uni. 😇

App ne 5 years ka hi expenses bataya but 7 years ka expense hoga
1. I showed you with proof that you can do 1 year internship here, so Total time will be 5+1+1= 7 years. 2. 1 more year budget will be like 2 Lac INR 3. Bro, It depends, just like any bachelor course needs 3-4 years. like (B.tech, B.Sc. , BAMS, BCA etc.) But at the same time MBBS is another level thing, so it needs more time, & I think it worths, because you will get a huge responsiblity over your hard work. You can use French in place of one subject, But for ICT , I can't say... wish you for the best.
