Clara, spicy noodles S4 係順化粉，碟herbs 裏有 shredded banana blossoms, red cabbage, Holy Basil, parrilla leaves, mint, Thai basil, Sawtooth (Vietnamese cilantro) first time I saw restaurant serves such comprehensive herbs for Bun Bo Hue (順化粉). 你没有加入Sawtooth, and shredded banana blossoms 真係...... You missed a lot , I mean the authentic flavor of Bun Bo Hue. In your post you always say (is that 檸檬葉？🤔) Those are one type of the mint that Vietnamese serve not lemon leaves. Hope now you have a better understanding of the herbs. 😋
Kaffir leaves 青檸葉 mostly use in Thai cooking.
