Theory: The mini crewmate has the ability to travel to a fully white, ethereal plain where he could do whatever he wanted, was captured by the SCP foundation, eventually escaped, killed yellow, then forced him to an eternity of dying over and over within said ethereal plain, eventually learned he could have a portal leading to anywhere, and met his end when he used it to get to Freddy Fazbear's.
