You stated 48 months instalments in the video, in the comment you wrote 36 months instalments. Have you realize the skepticism that comes with buying properties in Nigeria--of people being swindled? Contradiction like this can be a real red flag to potential investors. Can you clarify yourself please.

As at the time the video was uploaded, the maximum duration of INTEREST FREE Installment Payment was 48months.
We have exhausted the number of slots available for that plan. Currently the maximum duration of INTEREST FREE installment Payment is 36months.
As soon as the number of slots available for this offer is exhausted, you are likely to see 24months, followed by 12months, then Outright only. Note: the entire scheme has a project delivery timeline.
But for all who have already taken advantage of the 48months & 36months Payment spread without interest, they will still enjoy it till the time is completed.
