I was that close too when he came to New York for his Flamingo tour! I about died. DIED. The best night of my life. I need The Killers to come to NJ again!!!
He is a true artist of our generation. his talent shoud be rewarded. Again brilliant songwriter and vocalist! " Ten thousand Demons hammer down with every footstep, Ten thousand Angels rush the wind against my back. The church of mine may not be recognised by steeple, That doesn't mean that I will walk without a God"
"River of truth can you spare me a sip, the only founding of you has been reduced to a drip" . This song is awesome, cannot wait to hear the recorded version.
@ChinaCity I used a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 12.1 megapixel. The lens isn't detachable, so most venues allow it inside. The zoom is really great quality for a $300 camera.
@nationocean I understand why he wouldn't sing any Killers' music, I mean, he's not the Killers alone, you know? I don't see The Killers without one of them, so... It's ok if he doesn't sing any Killers music... Love you Brandon!! Love my Killers boys... :)
@TheJacques72 I am not sure, the Troubadour was very under sold because a lot of 'industry' people were there. We arrived about 15 minutes before the doors opened. Other locations might not be as easy as it was there.
@joe80dmanizanerd There is a lot we can learn about religious concepts, morals, ethics, etc. It doesn't matter whether you are religious or not, they have good meanings and that's what matters.
@joe80dmanizanerd Well there is no reason not to have an educated argument, since you didn't attack me it is only logical to continue the discussion. Let me elaborate on what I meant. Jewish and Christian text can indirectly teach you things that could be considered ethical and moral. Such as not killing another human being for instance, but I was referring to more indirect learning. You have the Exodus, for example which, in its own way, taught us about perseverance.
@oyster0 morals and ethics dont come from religion. And certainly not from mormonism. I agree that the intentions are good though. Anyways, lets stop here :p.
The song is beautiful, but I really wish brandon wouldn't involve religion as much in his songs. I dont give one single bit about his personal life or his religion - I just want him to make good music, which he does.
Starting to like FDR in 1945, with the black hooded sacks under the eyes and loss of weight on the face. Flowers is finally dealing with his crack pot Mormon background and what he has learned in the real world.

He is so amazing, the way he's focused and it seems like he really sings it from his heart... And that is one of the best songs I've ever heard!
2019 and this is still one of my favourite live performance videos ever
why is he the most amazing man ever?
He is a true artist of our generation. his talent shoud be rewarded.
Again brilliant songwriter and vocalist!

i read your comment at the exact time he sang these lyrics in the video haha
"River of truth can you spare me a sip, the only founding of you has been reduced to a drip" . This song is awesome, cannot wait to hear the recorded version.

This video is AMAZING!!!
OMG this is so intense, great video!!!
@Alexakos92 He is brilliant live... just don't go into it expecting him to sing his Killers material. He is clearly to make a mark on his own.
I can't wait for my first TK show! It shall be immense
@ChinaCity I used a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 12.1 megapixel. The lens isn't detachable, so most venues allow it inside. The zoom is really great quality for a $300 camera.
id do anything to give Brandon a high five!
my favorite song on flamingo by far
AHH I need to see him live!!!! :O
He’s so talented
@Wulfstirfrie21 There was a little 6 year old girl in the front row he reached down to. It was ~adorable! gahhh
can we put brandon on the greatest hall of idols now?
@nationocean I understand why he wouldn't sing any Killers' music, I mean, he's not the Killers alone, you know? I don't see The Killers without one of them, so... It's ok if he doesn't sing any Killers music... Love you Brandon!! Love my Killers boys... :)
@Alexakos92
check out the crossfire performance he hit the high notes in 'lay your body down lay your body down lay your body down' perfectly.
Wow this is seriously HQ! Nice work.
@TheJacques72 I was in the front row & we got there at about 10am. But in SF people were lined up at 7:30am. It just depends.
Have you seen the outcome of the boys who didn't fly?
OMG SOOO CLOSE TO THE SEXY BEAST! i like it :D
@abcgirl58 Hells yeah
@TheJacques72 I am not sure, the Troubadour was very under sold because a lot of 'industry' people were there. We arrived about 15 minutes before the doors opened. Other locations might not be as easy as it was there.
@fkicy23 the holy fountain of youth..
This is amazing quality! I was at this show too but my videos arent nearly as half good looking as yours. What kind of camera were you using??
music is unique
@joe80dmanizanerd There is a lot we can learn about religious concepts, morals, ethics, etc. It doesn't matter whether you are religious or not, they have good meanings and that's what matters.
@fkicy23 It's not "the only founding of you has been reduced to a drip". He says, " the holy fountain of youth has been reduced to a drip."
@nationocean He sang Read my Mind and Mr Brightside when I saw him :)
terrible el final, bueniiisimooo
@fkicy23 is it not fountain of youth? as opposed to founding of you
@nationocean How early do you think I should go there if I want somewhat front row seats?
3:08 - 3:18 i wish i were the microphone ;)
@justcatchingstars it sounds like "founding of you" to me, but i could be wrong
@fkicy23 You have the lyrics wrong. It's not the holy founding of you, it's the holy fountain of youth has been reduced to a drip.
@Alexakos92 Losing Touch was the only Killers song he sang.
@nationocean thank you
how was the concert in general?
@elisa Sanchez how early did you have to get there for a good spot?
what killers' songs did he sing?
Will someone post a video that isn't live please???
LOL who else thought of 'Lovers in Japan' by Coldplay at the beginning of this VIDEO?
he looks much older!
@joe80dmanizanerd Well there is no reason not to have an educated argument, since you didn't attack me it is only logical to continue the discussion. Let me elaborate on what I meant. @oyster0 ill pm you, dont want this blabla under a brandon flowers' song.
i wonder whats going through his mind at the beginning.
@Wulfstirfrie21 shook someones hand?
@skyliner654 or its zoom
Aha, doesn't matter to me. As long as it happens. :]
@omnipotenz WTF?
@joe80dmanizanerd um, he can sing whatever he wants, lol
@oyster0 morals and ethics dont come from religion. And certainly not from mormonism. I agree that the intentions are good though. Anyways, lets stop here :p.

Horrible timing...unless you go see him with The Killers ;)
