One of the under rated sports here in the Philippines. So much respect for these guys and the sport that they love. Sana mabigyan kayo ng suporta ng gobyerno at ng private sector. Di lang puro basketball volleyball at soccer ang laki ng sponsors left and right yung kotse pero pag medalya yung pinag uusapan kulelat naman sa big stage.

we're having seven footers now...what's wrong with half breed playing to our team? they have a filipino blood and a filipino heart....yes we have smaller line ups but we played with a big heart...we beat japan and korea in previous games and China we almost win with a very small margin, ...if played square and fair we won that match. Argentina have a hard time playing with philippines and we beat Angola before...that is why dont under estimate Philippine basketball team. you will see in 2023...

You really need a certain athleticism to play this game. Asians have inherently light and thinner upper bodies making it easier to flip their bodies upwards using their legs and strong calves.

Na papanood ko pa itong nsa elementary ako sa school namin tuwing Intramurals sa mga ibang eskwelahan palagi inilalaban mga kaibigan ko na nsa ibang section. After classes namin nag pa practice sila ng Sepak Takraw. Ganda panuorin naka kawili ung laro na ito bihira lang mga ganitong tao naglalaro. Pambilisang galawan, mag tantsa ng bola sa pag sipa @ pag serve ng malakas @ ibat ibang exhibition ng katawan makikita, gamit ang tuhod, ulo, paa @ dibdib kaaya - aya panuorin pati ikaw na nonood bigla pipitik din ang katawan mo o madadala ka sa knilang galawan.
