İ live in Turkey am inspired by watching your videos and İ started plantation in my bolcony and now am growing Malabar spinach(chinese spinach), Okra, tomatos, sorel leaves, Amaranthus, fenugreek, Strawberries, Mint and coriander.
Ma'am,fortunately atleast twice in a week am able to eat leafy greens such as Malabar spinach, sorel, fenugreek and Amaranthus which are not grown in Turkey.

Madhavi ji, I hv a doubt. What happens if rice washed water is fermented for more than 15days? What happens to Nutrients ? What vl b the condition of it? Till how many days fermentation needs to b done? When will it spoil or bad bacteria forms? Till now black layer dint form, so this condition is good or not?.... Pls clarify all abv doubts .....need it as soon as possible.... Bcaz by mistake, I kept the washed water 15days aside, so, I don't know if it's spoiled n

Mam i know another way to make LBA .
that is 200 gm cooked rice keep it a side for 15 days and after 15 days fungi will form on the rice and add 200 gm Bellam powder and mix it for 15 days and cover the jar with a cotton cloth Daily you have mix it.

I have started gardening with green veggies. It's been quite a while now. Thence I observed that my pots doesn't take water. My pots have very good drainage. Whenever I pour water, stays on the top of the pot.
Is this because the soil is not good?
I even sprinkled the water even though the same issue pertains
What could be the problem? Am I doing something wrong? Naachu pattestundi. Please let me know.
