Also I still have my GHD straightener that my mum bought me when I was 16. I’m now 29 and it still works amazingly. I rarely use it anymore but I was using it daily for years and years!!! $300 for a straightener was a lot of money but when it lasts over 10+ years of daily use it’s incredible!

Hi Nikkia watched your channel for years great job , as a fellow gal with thick long hair I feel your pain, what I usually do is after a blow dry I use my paddle brush and straightener together while I’m straightening my hair cuts the time down even further rather than having to section it off xx

I think this is also great for thin hair if you do just one going from the middle.
I have serious hair envy! My hair is incredibly fine and thin, unfortunately. But my daughter has beautiful, long, thick, dark hair like yours, so I'll try this on her! I have done a similar style with her hair, only not two braids, just one from the top middle on down. They call it a faux-hawk. That would look great on you, too!
I wud av never known they wernt actual braids, cool, I can do french braids but I can never get them to go from the front to the back its hard to reach the back of my head with both hands I dunno its tricky. I will try this, thanks for sharing x
I just do what i call a french twist so much easier and no little elastics to rip your hair out
