I seen him 4 times over many years, and the word legend is simply an understatement when it comes to him. He may not have the voice he has in his youth, but he is still Paul McCartney, and it doesn’t get any higher up legend status than that
Damn straight. The fact that he’s still out there at 80 years old now , doing 3 hour shows is testament of how much of an icon Paul is. He is simply the top of the food chain.

Sec 131 - took my dad as a gift for Father's Day. My 5-yr old son wanted to come too as he's a huge Beatles fan. Hoping Sir Paul tours again next year!
I went to this concert. Section 224A. ‘Twas my first time ever seeing Paul live. I literally haven’t stopped thinking about the concert for days. I’m tearing up right now just thinking about it, honestly. It was EASILY the best concert I have ever been to. Nothing can compare. I feel like sometimes when I go to see ridiculously famous artists in concert, especially when they’re on the older side, I’m seeing them just to have seen them. It’s not that I don’t enjoy the concert, but I sometimes feel like going to the concert takes precedence over experiencing the concert. Heading to Metlife on Thursday, my mindset was of this nature. I was going to see Paul McCartney, I was gonna have a good time, and then I would be able to say that I’d seen Paul McCartney.
Nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to experience. Paul is a genius, not just as a musician but as a performer. He knew exactly what stories to tell, what songs to sing, and just how to masterfully control the concert. It was magical. There were bits where I just started laughing out of sheer joy. I kept yelling “WHAT” and “NO WAY” because it was so exciting. And then, after the show technically ended with “Hey Jude,” I was thinking that there was no way he could top what he just did. Then the encore happened. It completely blew me away. Paul’s duet with John’s voice was beautiful. Then Bon Jovi just showed up?? Helter Skelter was great fun. And then the end of the Abbey Road medley? Ethereal. Watching Paul McCartney and Bruce Springsteen just jam to “the End” was an otherworldly experience. I just kept saying “oh my god!” and “what is happening???”
Near the beginning of the show, Paul called out a guy who had seen him in concert hundreds of times. I laughed, thinking he was a bit silly. But now? I completely understand why someone would see Paul again and again and again. Next time you’re near New York, Paul, I’ll be there. Hell, next time you’re on the East Coast. In the United States. Whatever.
Sir Paul McCartney is a legend. And he puts on a very, very good show.

I didnt even go to the concert and I was blown away. My father has a limo company and I drove a group to the concert for him. I got to hear the last half of it from outside the stadium. Sounded great, and I couldn't believe how long he played. Incredible.
I wish Jon Bon Jovi was jamming with them during 'The End', but that was just Paul's bass player/guitarist. I did for a split second think it was him, I mean they're dressed pretty similar and everything. If you look closely you can see the different facial structure (though it's tough with this footage). Plus the guitarist was wearing an untied bow tie during 'The End' for whatever reason, and Jon was not when he came out to sing to Paul. That was the final thing that convinced me.
