Honestly I’m glad the neighbor didn’t say anything in the full release. It makes him more quiet, which gives a bit of an inhuman and off aura, which makes him…kinda scary. Having these voicelines for him just makes him look like just your average disgruntled Mr.Wilson type, not at all the type of guy to be hiding a dark and twisted secret in his basement.
