1. Kindly give examples for disputes or difference between contractor and in every stage of construction.
For example for Pcc of footing contractor may use 65 mm of coarse aggregate. But owner doesn't like it.
You may bring new video for difference of Idea between contractor and owner for
1. Earthwork 2. Backfill with earth 3. Att 4.dpc 5.colum casting 6. Beam casting 7. Brickwork 8. Plastering..... Give previous experience so that for new house owner will take care of such challenge
Interesting video.. An important point that needs to be added is , contractors last instalment should be paid only after one monsoon cycle, in order to inspect dampness , leakage and cracks problem which may arise in future.

In Maharashtra B class house with material 1600-1800/- per sft minimum hain because in last 2/4 months all material cost has increased by 20-25%. I am a civil contractor and have suffered due to this...

1400 sq foot... में 3 फ्लोर. बनाने हे. नीचे पुरा ओपन रहेगा पार्किंग.. उप्परका 2 फ्लोर रहने के लिये... तो ठेकेदार को पार्किंग का ,& 2 फ्लोर का क्या रेट अलग रहेगा क्या? मटेरियल अपना रहेगा..

In my area (Telangana ) construction cost is around 250-300rs per sft which includes Footings,pillers,Slab, brickwork,Double plastering, Elevation work including parapet wall, Compound wall brickwork and plastering,Gate(only installation), Outside flooring if any..
Material and backfilling has to be taken care by Owner.
Plumbing and electrical work cost around 40-50k for 1500-2000sft house .
Septic tank, water tank excluded.
Septic tank construction 6000-9000rs depends on size.
Mine is 1700sft is house.. Gave it to labour at Rs.280/sft .
One of my friend opted for builder with Rs.1500/sft which includes above all except Borewell.. But they give UPVC windows and WPC doors and frames.Only Main door is of Teakwood.

Area calculation kaise hota hain uspe thoda guide kare. For example foundation parking and then actual floor ..foundation ke liye 50% parking 60% actual floor 100%.. construction rate with material 1450.. ye sahi hain kya ..ya jyada rate lagaya hain

Wait a minute...for 1000sqft rate is fine but after that rate should be much less because it doesn't include base work related to making of Legs for pillars, so cost would be 30-40 percent less.
