Just purchased a 14x40 Lofted barn with garage package, its wrapped like yours and has smart panel matched color to my home. Have you decided what to do with floor? Cheers from Sydney Nova Scotia
Hey Anthony, hope all is well over in Sydney. Congrats on the new shed, I'm sure you will love it. Regarding the floor, I actually discuss that in this short video: th-cam.com/video/FR-3_DXkjeo/w-d-xo.html The tarp is holding up incredibly well and seeing that, I am not in any rush to replace it. I had actually bought the Armor Coat floor paint from CT but have since returned it. When it does eventually give out, we will probably apply the Armor Coat. Thanks for watching and let me know how it goes. Cheers -Frank
Nice garage. Im wondering sometimes if we are better off purchasing something like this instead of building our own. We'll be needing some much larger for Jason's "projects".
They make them much bigger and there is even a build on site option. Might be worth checking out at least as a comparison to the traditional build costs. They are in North Bay. Outside of the tense delivery moment lol, we love it. Very well constructed. Thanks for dropping by. 🙂
@@PlaceOnTheHillProductions we'll have to do a cost comparison. We have our own sawmill and lumber but for permitted buildings I am almost certain we would have to buy engineered wood. Kind of irritated with that but such is life!
@@lorettaandjasonoffgrid That's unbelievable! Perfectly good wood and you can't use it. I would be irritated too. Are you in an organized township? We are and the red tape is ridiculous.
@@PlaceOnTheHillProductions yes. We have built some bunkies without needing permits but they are all under the allowable sq ft. Shop will need to be much larger than 160sqft!
Amber is a great salesperson. Amber showed me many models of these high quality sheds.
We are very happy we went with Old Hickory. Thanks for watching. Cheers! -Frank

Do you have the skids on top of brick?
Hi, yes, the driver provided cement blocks and they were fitted below the skids.
@@PlaceOnTheHillProductions awesome thank you. Good to know I ordered one Monday!
