This stress stimulates bone cells (osteoblasts) to absorb calcium from the bloodstream, helping your bones grow denser and stronger over time. However, too much calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia) can be dangerous. If calcium levels in your blood remain high for too long, it can lead to serious health issues, such as:
1. Improper Form: Poor squatting technique, such as rounding the back or allowing the knees to cave inward, can lead to injuries like lower back strain, knee pain, or joint damage. 2.
