Abigail runs a bakery here in Akosombo. A bakery is an establishment that produces and sells flour-based food baked in an oven such as bread, cookies, cakes, donuts, pastries, and pies.
Abigail’s area of expertise is in cakes and other pastries. She was a waitress for awhile in a very reputable resort in this part of Ghana. She now works for herself and employs other people to work with her.

Did she say the cake she was making was only 256 ghanian cedis? If Google is correct, that's less than $22 in US currency! Jasmine tell me I'm wrong. Beautiful cake and I hope this lady goes far with her business.

@@JasmineAmaa That's so cheap for such a beautiful cake. That cake would go for at least $50 here in the US and that does not include labor. So at least $75. People want quality but don't want to pay for it. Please tell the cake decorator to put up a sign in her shop that she is not responsible for the cake after it leaves her shop. She should tell her clients that also. I think it was so unfair for that customer to blame her for that cake melting. I used to own a beauty salon and occasionally I had to deal with difficult clients. I had to learn tough love snd not care about losing the client if I felt they were being unfair to me. I do wish the best for the cake decorator and her bakery. Thank you for bringing great videos. Oh, how did it taste?
