same sentiments here. i am working at home with a great salary but so mentally exhausting. i find myself to always cry and feel anxious every time. told myself to try harder and maybe eventually youâll feel better since not have this work. but iâve already reached my limit, iâm so unhealthy both in physical (also gained a lot of weight, affected my confidence and always feel weak) and mentally (developed anxiety and burnout).
i made the decision to resign and now in my last 15 days rendering at work.
iâm scared that i might not find a better job like this, but its scarier to continue with this work that i might lose myself more.
praying for all of us to find the real peace we need and better opportunities for our future ðĪ

Intermittent fasting 16:8 16 hrs fasting, 8 hrs window time to eat. like youâll have your first meal at 11:30 then until 7:30pm youâll eat what you want. No restrictions just make sure that after 7:30 youâll not eat anything. Or itâs up to you what time youâre convenient. Those time that youâre awake and in fasting youâre allowed to drink just water or tea. If you want coffee make sure itâs black. In 2 weeks youâll see the result, not drastic but at least enough to keep you going. No need to exercise coz youâll feel dizzy or drowsy. Unless after a meal maybe walking will do. Just discipline yourself in 16:8, no cheat day.
