Appreciate all the kind comments! ❤️ We got more Kanye, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Tyler The Creator, Frank Ocean, A$ap Rocky, Drake, Kid Cudi and a lot more to come!
Hold my Liquor is just pure art. Just for some context the chorus was sung by Cheif Keef who at the time was 17 years old, if you haven’t heard of his debut album (Finally Rich) it’s 100% worth checking out, GREAT VIDEO.

The YEEZUS tour was incredible. It was Kanye with Kendrick Lamar opening. Saw em in Nashville he had a huge mountain and moon and someone in some type of winter yeti costume stalk him. Had women carrying him and dancing, had a white Jesus character it was wild lol
u may heard the sample from bound 2 on igor("a boy is a gun" song) cause tyler used that same sample in his song. also frank ocean wasnt on guilt trip, but he was on new slaves(that chorus part)
Dude you are definitely one of the best reactors out here right now. I can see your channel gaining so much more popularity. My top 3 on the album is the same as yours I think. Blood on the leaves, Black Skinhead, and Hold My Liquor
It’s either this or Pablo for his best imo. His performances and the topics explored are incredible. And the soundscape is ahead of its time. It’s also like you said, his tightest track list, which I love.
Yeah I agree, his creativity was just on a different level. He even created So Help Me God and TurboGrafx16 in that time, prime Yeezy fashion, architecture, interviews... Peak Ye
Hold My Liquor definitely top 1 Kanye outros. There are too many sounds mixed together making it literally perfect, leaving you with goosebumps. Incredible reaction, then do Late Registration please! In my opinion Kanye's best album.
Highly recommend doing a deep dive on the whole narrative of Yeezus in your spare time if you’re interested. One of the most complex albums with its themes and storytelling and most people don’t even realize it. The tour is also so worth watching
My favorite/the best Ye album imo. There is no wasted space. Jammed full every song if hard af. High energy. Some of Ye's best rapping and production. Paved the way for a whole new sound in HipHop i.e. Travis Scott, Don Toliver, XXXTentacion, hard trap, etc.
Great reaction, glad u enjoyed it! I absolutely love this album , it’s top 3 for me in his discog. I liked it right away back in 2013 cuz I have more of a metal music background and some of the abrasive off beat rhythms blew my mind in that electronic rap setting
Most people put off by “I am a God” but you appreciate it for what it is, you recognize it’s something Drake, Kendrick, or any other big artist wouldn’t dare to do. Pure artistic freedom
man i love ur videos fr, you seem to go into things with the understanding that everything CAN be enjoyed (not that we always have to) and thats a philosphy i try to bring to bring to everything in life
W reaction again, i love watching them, they're literally the only reaction videos im excited to watch . But i do recommend the album "ye" i love that one alot and i personally think its underrated, and im excited for the donda reaction, i hope you'll be able to get thru it all, its alot, but its so good,
Thank you for watching! I really appreciate the kind words!❤ Ye I'll be getting to pretty soon! And stay tuned I got a lot more Kanye and so many other albums coming to the channel!
If his unreleased albums were actually released I’d definitely recommend some of them as there’s so many great songs that shows his talent in music even better but are locked behind a cage
The singer on guilt trip is actually kid cudi! It was a previous vocal snippet he recorded with Kanye that Kanye used without his permission, causing them to beef for a while in the mid 2010’s.
@@FlowetryMotion yeah there’s a lot more layers to it for sure though. Also, I would highly recommend listening to 4eva is a mighty long time by big krit! Amazing album that I think you’d appreciate
Thank you! 🙏 I just love music and I try to be positive and keep an open mind to whatever I'm listening too! Ye Is definitely on the list! Shouldn't be too long before I get to that
15 minutes in and i know it's already a banger. Love the vids mate! If you want to react to another sonically unique artist, i'd recommend kid cudi's Man on the Moon 1. It's a super comforting and vulnerable album with a lot of super cool musical ideas. I don't think i'm exaggerating when i say that album has saved a generation
The juxtaposition between the original meaning of the Blood on the Leaves sample ("Strange Fruit" by Nina Simone, in which the titular strange fruit is actually rhe bodies of hanged black people swaying on the trees) against the sort of modern vapidity of doing drugs and fucking women with Birkin bags and falling in and out of love in a contemporary way, is insane.
Love the reaction, some suggestions would be Kids see ghosts - Kanye and kid cudi Goodbye and Goodridance - Juice WRLD Savage Mode 2 - 21 Savage / Metro Boomin Triology (espcially house of ballons - the weeknd Channel orange - Frank Ocean Edit: Hold My Liquor has got to be my fav ye song
Love this album so much. I remember when I downloaded the zip for it the first time I thought I downloaded the wrong file when On Sight started playing 😂
yeezus was def my fav album of all time (i've recently got into music), until i heard the forever story by jid. you HAVE TO do jid someday! every album of his is better than the previous and he has only 3, i'd say you could start with any except the never story, the weakest of the 3. keep going tho, one of my fav reaction channels! rodeo by travis coming up anytime soon?

the yeezus mountain was a portrayal of what the album meant, the state of mind going through the album from rise to fall to rise again.
