get a small tablet that heals bone pain (for humans), and mash it until it become a powder. Mix it with a bit of water and make sure it's a bit thick, but not too thick or too liquidy. Feed it with the mixture for 2-3 days, and it should heal, if it doesn't, feed it for another 1 or two days with the mixture. And feed him/her after eating. Never feed him/her on an empty stomach.

Baby green cheeks should be fed ever four hours or so. You need a syringe or eye dropper for feeding. And Im pretty sure they need a heat pad. I dont know much. I suggest researching on parrot forums. Its very helpful!
