He lost his confidence in MIXNINE a survival show as well of YG but a mentor from other company dicriminate him that he is just looks But i want to tell you that YG IS THE ONE WHO BROUGHT BACK HIS CONFIDENCE ESPECIALLY YANG HYUN SUK. HE TOLD EVERYONE THAT HE FEEL SORRY FOR BEING HARSH TO JUNKYU AND HE GAVE HIM A PRESENT TO LIVE UP HIS CONFIDENCE.. YHS IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO BELIEVED IN HIM WHEN NO ELSE DID. HE might have critized him for the skills he lacked and bad habits in performing but that helped alot for a trainee to improve .YG has the strictest training thats why they have legends

The mentor from another company is JYP. JYP told Jun Kyu dancing like a robot and not use his physical useful. I remember back then at mixnine YG said Jun Kyu is an ace coz he train so long. Thankfully YG himself still believe at him and his confidence is back during YGTB.

It was choi hyunsuk who was critized for doublechin and over dancing. YG did a good job though, look at them now. If they can't take the criticisms how more they can survive on the real idol world where everyone is expected to be perfect. YG is really one of the best in producing idols.. Thankyou for reacting!! YG is amazing!!! He is a tough love kind of man. He knows kpop inside out. He was a member of the first kpop group.
The way he trains his artist.... man. Even artist's who leave after their contracts is up still respect and talk all love about him.
I've been a kpop fan for over a decade. And let me tell you. There is no head of a entertainment company like YG.
- no debts for trainees ( other agencies spend money on the trainees and put in on their tab)
- high quality equipment to make their music.
- best food for the people under YG.
- freedom to make music.
- income is 30% company/70% artist , or 5050 for international events.
There is a whole list that YG does differently.

Junkyu is adorable and while my bias in Treasure is Jihoon....Junkyu is definitely the bias wrecker! He has such a funky, awkward, funny personality. When I first saw him i thought he'd be a prissy boy who was scared of everything but he's literally the opposite. This man can watch a scary movie WITHOUT FLINCHING. He also loves animals. You can see it in Treasure Map...this guy is fearless!

If you watch Mixnine, he lost his confidence after that - YHS was frustated when he was eliminated because he knew he was one of his ace. Not to blame him but YHS almost regretting his decision letting him out and compete in Mixnine where he can’t help him because he is the producer and a judge of the show too. But as seen in YGTB, he also helped him be himself again. With much competition you can see how serious and stressed he was but on TMAP and debut he ages backwards 😂
Treasure map Junkyu is on another level of adorableness though. Lol. I cannot take him seriously now no matter how dark or fierce their concept is. Hahahahaha...
