The thing about the top secret training is that all it does is unlock the first 5 training ranks of VR master's. So if you don't own any of the season passes and bought the top secret training for either one of the season passes then I think that's what happened to you man.
You don't need to buy any of the Top Secret Training because you can unlock everything easily while playing the game. Now if you want the other characters then you can buy 1 or all of the season passes. The Top Secret Training is just a cash grab. :)
Wow I feel so stupid I could have bought the season pass for 14.99 and that how much I had but instead I had to buy the ntbss secret training that gave me a justu that I already have and honestly wish I would have bought the season three pass
@NBD zxturr Basically I look at like this, they needed more funding for Shinobi striker so instead of coming up with something that we the player base would enjoy they would take the easy route and do something that was easy and quick to get done and also being controversial AF. Not to mention the moonlight scrolls, but that's a whole other conversation.
Answer please so will i get a diff Jutsu for hinata as example instead of the ones you can get base game or is it just so you don’t have to grind the base games lol

You can get clothes from the training ranks but 18 of the characters require you getting season pass 1 & 2.

No. You can buy the characters one at a time or through the season passes in the PlayStation store.
