Kann jemand sagen, wann dieses Spiel nochmal auf WDR gezeigt wurde? Dem Sendelogo, das es im Jahr 1977 nicht gab, kann man ja entnehmen, dass die Übertragung neueren Datums sein muss.

Was this part of an IIHF sanctioned tournament? If so, it's interesting that the NHL players that normally didn't wear helmets, were able to go helmet less in this game. Because when the IIHF mandated helmets in 1970, it applied to all players, playing in any IIHF sanctioned tournaments.

That wasn't a tournament, just a game in Düsseldorf as preparation for the world championship, which began a week later in Austria. The IIHF helmet rule didn't apply in this game.
