  • LS2 THUNDER CARBON HELMET - AVAILABLE NOW AT SPEED ADDICTS
    www.speedaddicts.com/full-fac...
    A high performance full-face motorcycle helmet designed for the worlds most demanding racetracks - The LS2 Thunder Carbon Full-Face Street Helmet was designed by a team including our engineers in Spain and our riders from Moto 3, Moto 2, WSBK and FIM EWC. Together, they developed the safest, most innovative performance helmet on the market. The lightweight, aerodynamic Pure Carbon Fiber shell slices through the wind and remains stable on your head. We use 3 shell sizes to offer a perfect fit. The eye port is taller allowing you to look farther down the track when tucked-in. The eye port is extra wide so you can see who’s pushing you into the corners. The optically correct face shield swaps quickly and easily using tool-less quick release technology. This race-ready 3mm flat shield comes with tear-off posts and uses the Pinlock system for the ultimate in fog resistance. The Emergency Quick Release System removable cheek pads are precision cut from one solid piece of high quality foam using LS2’s 3D Laser Technology. The technical fabric liner is fully removable and washable (we recommend you wash by hand and air dry). The fabric wicks moisture to help keep you dry and comfortable. Fully adjustable flow-through ventilation allows you to stay cool. The Thunder uses a traditional “Double-D Ring” strap for a secure fit. Whether you’re a racer, sport rider, or commuter, you’ll find the performance you need. This model has an INTERMEDIATE OVAL fit. The fit is snug, but comfortable for those long endurance races or high speed jaunts, we call it the 200 M.P.H. fit. Designed at LS2 world headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. Meets or exceeds FIM, DOT and ECE certification (FIM is the standard of Moto G.P.)
    Lightweight aerodynamic aramid fiber® reinforced Carbon Fiber helmet shell cuts through the wind keeping the rider comfortable and resulting in less fatigue
    The eye port is extra tall allowing you to see farther down the track when tucked in
    Emergency release cheek pads are cut from one piece of high-quality foam using LS2's 3D Laser Cut Technology for comfort and safety
    The high-performance race shield is an optically correct 3 mm thick with tear off posts and is Pinlock ready
    Designed at LS2 World Headquarters in Barcelona Spain to meet or exceed FIM FRHPhe-01, DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.05 standards

    Before my accident on the twisties I was ridding with an AGV K3 SV. I also motovlogged with it but man was it noisy. When my insurance said to pick a helmet I came across LS2 Thunder Carbon Lightning Helmet - Red/Grey/Black I honestly can't wait to get!!

      @@SpeedAddictsTV Well I must say, It's been a few months and I finally got my helmet! One thing I realized is that when I went to Moto America at Laguna Seca in Monterey, CA the venders were there and I took a picture of the exact helmet and I didn't remember until I was sorting my pics and videos, that's when I realized I took a picture of my future helmet. It' sucks that, it didn't have the cut outs for the cardo communication system but my my buddy told me about earplugs headphones and that works perfectly I love my helmet but the vinyl or plastic that they use stinks.

    I have been riding with arai rx7 for about 15 years. I have had 3 different models over the years. I bought one of these and I have to say its amazing I love it. I got it start of summer and I don't have any complaints. I'm looking forward to seeing how it deals with winter. I'm hopeful

    I’m in the market for a very light helmet. I’m looking between the LS2 Thunder CF and LS2 Challenger CF. I’m not a track guy at all, I ride sport touring leaning more towards touring and wanting a quiet helmet. Which do you recommend!

    • @SpeedAddictsTV
      @SpeedAddictsTV  ปีที่แล้ว

      Both are excellent choices. If you don't intend on using the internal sun visor on the Challenger go with the Thunder. While handy, internal sun visors add moving parts, weight and may reduce impact protection in a key impact zone. Feel free to call ride support or reply here with more questions - 1-866-573-2820

      @@SpeedAddictsTV I would never use the sun visor. I’m looking for comfort, quiet, light and not a track design helmet. Most important I need a long oval! Is the Thunder that shape?

    • @SpeedAddictsTV
      @SpeedAddictsTV  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@harley1035 The Thunder is an intermediate oval. If you need a long oval you'll need to order the Challenger.
