This chant is for the brave-hearted trailblazers, for the cycle-breakers of intergenerational harm, the ones who decide to stand up and say "NO, up until here, it ends with me", and their actions pave the way for necessary and positive change for the present and future generations, creating a revolution of transformation.
It is not always easy to hold someone accountable for their harmful actions, nor do we want to have to confront someone and be put in a situation where our boundaries have to be made clear, however, as hard as it may be, as heavy or as sad as it may feel, we must do what's right for our well-being, and stand up for what is just and what is true to our heart. When we choose to stop allowing certain harmful cycles to repeat themselves, we make a difference, and it creates a ripple effect in our lives and the lives of generations to come. It only takes one person to make a change, one person to welcome respectful ways of being, and in doing so, setting a new direction that honours this.
So this chant is about owning the cycle-breaker in you, the one that brings positive change that ripples into all the lives of those to come. ❤️‍🔥

Singing Circles provide a vital sanctuary for our health, weaving a tapestry of remembrance and nurturing a safe space for us to explore our voices without fear of judgment. In these circles, we set aside the "professional singers" and the "non-professional singers" and we embrace the joy of singing, uniting in collective prayer, merging into a singular voice.
With each gathering, our harmony deepens, attuning us not only to each other but also to our inner melodies. We learn to listen more profoundly, harmonize more seamlessly, and refine our instruments, collectively dissolving the illusion of separation and embracing the essence of oneness through sacred chants.
In this space, acceptance is the soil from which we express ourselves -we are welcomed and celebrated as we are, our individual musicianship embraced and encouraged. Here, the permission to explore freely reigns, embracing the spectrum of voices, as we uncover our true sound and hone our listening skills together.
Beyond the individual growth, lies a collective power-an energy that emanates from the circle, touching hearts and transcending boundaries, elevating our collective vibration in the present moment and beyond. This space serves as a nurturing ground for self-exploration and discovery through the voice, a vocal playground where every note, however imperfect, contributes to the symphony of unity.
There is nothing quite like the fusion of voices, lifting chants and prayers to new heights, resonating with the collective spirit - and knowing in our bones that our intentional sounds are echoing far beyond the circle, taking flight and landing where they are most needed.
