On Valentines Day my husband surprised me by taking me to one of the BEST antique and flea markets in Sacramento, CA. I found so much good stuff! This place was filled with incredible vintage clothing and funky antiques. I can't wait to share with you the pieces I got, including a gorgeous 1960s vintage gown that I am dying over! At the end I style up all my finds. Enjoy!

The silky two piece gown at 5:04 is a traditional Korean hanbok 🥰 (not a geisha gown lol) it’s usually worn for weddings, New Years and other special occasions.

It totally depends on where you are and on the booth! California ones are probably going to be a bit pricey compared to one in the Midwest or South.

You look beautiful in the green dress! Green is one of my favorite colors to wear. Especially in the fall and winter. I also have quite a few ditsy floral button collared cotton tops from the 50s-60s. Sadly, they don't fit anymore, but still have in my closet! Give yourselves grace as you pack and move! It's stressful, but so many blessings to look forward too!!!

My husband and I go to this flea market almost every month. We were actually there on Valentine’s Day with our three littles in tow. Wish our paths had crossed! We found a couple of amazing vintage oil paintings, but I’ll definitely have to take a closer look at the clothing next go around.

The gold pleated jumper is in fabulous condition. It must have been in a vault. It looks great with the deep green blouse. The dress is right out of Downton Abbey. The color is beautiful on you.

I loved the video and this flea market is killer! But I just can't with the cutting up quilts trend. Those jackets will go out of style some day. Quilts are the art of women and so underappreciated because they are female made. It is the exact same as cutting up a painting. I can understand a quilt topper being used because it's unfinished but I would be too sad to cut up a quilt that is finished and in good shape 😞
Literally my husband does the same thing and pulls things out for my like that 😂 and that quilt for $20?! I have been on the hunt for one to make a coat!

My favorite outfit was the second one. I'd wear that in a heartbeat. The first one--those colors were the school colors of the elementary school where my mom taught for many years. So whenever I see green and mustard, I just think, Chadwell Chipmunks!! I'd like to see that yellow dress with a fitted turtleneck underneath, tights, and boots.
I gotta say, I breathed a sigh of relief when you did NOT buy that Granny Clampett nightgown. Please, don't go there. But since I said that, you probably will....
