DIY How to turn toilet paper rolls into blooming "hydrangeas", using paper napkins, decoupage

Create beautiful "hydrangeas" from recycled toilet paper rolls | DIY guide using paper napkins, book pages, acrylic paint, iron wire (0,7 and 1,5 mm), white glue, decoupage glue, stamp pad, yarn - other than the toilet paper rolls, of course!
You will also need: pair of scissors, soft brush, hole making tool, needle, tiny clamps/clothespins.
