But i’m telling you. even though you feel like you understand what bothers you and figured it out, sometimes it’s not a good idea to quit therapy. i did that for awhile just like you and i struggled for a long time. i’m just coming from prior experience so you don’t fall down the same path i did. love you girl. stay strong!

Idfk how i stumbled onto this platform. But i can say for sure i definitely do not belong here. I'm over here just trying to bump some Rosie and The Originals and instead i find myself listening to this young lady talk about therapy and anxiety and triggers and feelings and idk what else. Took me back to my "pothead" days in my junior year in 09. I haven't smoked since 2013 and i know that my lungs are baby lungs again by now and they would not handle bong hits or even blunts like back in my glory days. Anyways like i said i am out of place here and with almost 3 decades of life experience i never thought I'd see this kind of thing as some old guy thinking "kids nowadays doing and saying things not having the slightest idea of just how wrong they truly are in 100% of everything. They have 0% experience in all things pertaining to life because they themselves haven't even truly began living" Time truly does fly and it passes you by in the blink of an eye. To all you youngsters out there and to you young lady 'Angel Baby' i have this to say to you: Do not underestimate your worth in life. Never doubt yourself based off of someone else's opinions of you. How others may choose to view or doubt you does not define YOU. Take your talents/gifts and share them with the rest of the World so you can plant seeds that will blossom and grow into beautiful Gardens all around you. You won't regret anything that truly resides in your heart so express your heart's desire in life and you'll create the pathways to obtain true happiness in life. I'm the best therapist I've ever had I know my self better than my therapist and I'm smart enough to Ser through my own problems so I don't see a point in explaining myself to someone that's just going to sit there an analyze me. And I give myself better advice than them.
