you need to usb drivers on the computer and the software to unlock phone running your computer. (That is why using USB cable)

on my phone when I turn off Wifi it does not let me click on next to proceed
It only allows me to click on next and proceed if Wifi is connected but by doing this it goes to where I have to insert google account which I do not know at all
A mi me funciono, cuando aprieta los botones primero lo apaga después solo presiona el botón de volumen arriba, menú y encendido cuando salen las letras de "SAMSUNG" solté el botón de encendido nada más y seguí presionando los botones de volumen arriba y menú
