    Theo em hiểu thì thiền không phải là cố ngưng suy nghĩ, mà là nhận biết suy nghĩ nhưng không bị nó kéo đi. Trong đời sống hằng ngày cũng có thể thiền chứ k nhất thiết là phải ngồi một chỗ. Thiền định như vậy thì cái biết mới trở nên mạnh hơn, nếu mà cố ngăn suy nghĩ thì giống như tạo ra sự mâu thuẫn nội tâm ấy :D

    Lesson from Ego 2/3
    -Ego can be good or bad depending on context and perspective of each person
    -When you awaked you don’t judge other people's actions
    -You must be able to recognize the good ego and the bad ego
    -Good ego make you become more kind, healthy… and develope yourself
    -Bad ego lead you to thoughts and actions that are harmful to yourself and others
    -Periodic ego check to know we do because we like not for get recognition from others
    -To reduce the impact from ego we should meditate
    -When you are stillness, calm and grateful you will have better control over your actions
    -When you live alone, your ego can’t impact you

    sáng nay mình ngồi thiền như mọi ngày, mình chợt nhận ra 1 điều. Khi mình thiền các suy nghĩ xuất hiện và mình hiểu là mình sẽ nhìn những suy nghĩ ấy và kệ nó đi qua, nhưng mình không hiểu chính cái suy nghĩ là “ mình nhìn thấy cái dòng suy nghĩ kia và kệ nó đi qua” thì có phải là cái tôi hàng ngày không, vì lẽ ra cái tôi tâm linh nó là “vô” thì tại sao nó có sự phán xét ở chữ “kệ” cho dòng suy nghĩ đi qua. Mình cảm thấy rất thắc mắc, mình đã có những lúc chợt bừng sáng trong đầu và nhìn mọi thứ mà trong đầu thậm chí ko hiện lên cái tên của thứ đồ vật đó, nhưng chỉ chốc lát sau là mọi định nghĩa về vật ấy lại hiện lên. Và mình nghĩ làm sao để cảm được cái con người thực chất như mình trải qua lúc đó, vì ko biết mình có bị nhầm lẫn giữa cái tôi và cái “vô” kia không, mình chợt có tâm nghi ngờ

    Bài Học Rút Ra Q&A Nhi Lê Cái Tôi Phần 2:
    - Nhận diện được cái Tôi Tốt đẹp và cái tôi k tốt đẹp. Vd: Tập Thể dục để cơ thể khoẻ mạnh ( cái tôi tốt đẹp). Còn tập thể dục để người khác khen ngợi ( cái tôi ko nên thoả mãn cái danh của bản thân). Duy trì cái tôi tốt đẹp.
    - Thiền định hàng ngày 15-20p để kiểm soát làm chủ điều khiển cảm xúc, hành động bản thân. Thiền để tĩnh tâm và không suy nghĩ bất kỳ 1 thứ gì.
    - Trân Trọng biết ơn mọi thứ xung quanh tưởng chừng như đơn giản nhất: Bầu không khí, cơ thể khoẻ mạnh. Những thứ nhỏ nhất, cơ bản nhất là những thứ khó biết ơn nhất bạn phải tập biết ơn từ những điều nhỏ nhất.

    - There are negative egos that drag themselves down, but there are also positive egos that want to develop themselves, exercise for health, and push themselves to be better.

    - Good or bad is just subjective judgements of human
    - Don’t judge others, leave them live as they should
    - Ask myself frequently and examine my actions to recognize whether my ego good or bad to me
    - Meditation help me to control my emotions, my logical thinking better as well as help me to calm down, more appreciatiate to little things
    - Providing that I still have a connection with anyone else, my ego still works powerfully if I don’t control it

    Is ego good or bad?
    Good and bad are subjective
    Awakened people do not judge others' actions and emotions
    'Good' ego wants your body to be healthy and good energy in order to take care and give back to others. And we do that because we want, not for compliments or validation
    Hence, you need to check in with your ego
    Meditation and gratitude are the ways for you to check in with your ego
