It's much more 'affordable' but doesn't give you quite the same experience musically. Plus the sound level it produces is very low compared to a handpan.

Can you recommend a scale that can be played together with my existing one and extend my range by playing them together.
That's a hard one to answer. Depends what you want to do I guess. I've personally haven't had luck finding 2 that match :D I would ask someone who is a proper musician lol

you could go for a scale which is a semi tone above, or the relative minor or major, check out the circle of fifths
