I’m an American mother and grandmother, these precious young people are so beautiful. My son is white and my daughter in law(his wife) is black. They are beautiful, they’re babies are beautiful! We have a wonderful rich life in both our families. I cried when I saw this. I cried when I saw Erica leave. I’m so worried about her getting home safe. My prayers are with her. Please let us know that she gets home safe. 😢
As an asian guy like this guy he is chinese im in the same area as him, but i dont live in china or close, i was born in that area, not chinese, anyway we dont date black girls, just like whitemen, they dont want black kids.

I remember how kind the dad was to ziheng. Infact Erikas family live a better life and look more educated and enlightened than zihengs parents. But i shed tears seeing them go separate ways. ziheng has a good heart he even wanted her to stay on. But he has to stick around and mend his relationship with his dad first very important before bringing any girl home.

I think that Erica are a Tutsi lady from Rwanda and she love Ziheng. The first Chinese came to Suriname in 1858. They were only men and were not allowed to bring their wives. They were forced to marry Africans. In Suriname (South America) we have many Creoles (Chinese-Africans) with Chinese names. I understand Ziheng father and he only has one son. I understand Ziheng and he has to be careful when filming. In China it is forbidden to kiss and hug. White people immediately think of sex.

Hi this showed up in my feed and it caught my eye because the young lady is so pretty and I saw the title and it caught my curiosity but then I found myself teary eyed because as i watched this video I saw the hurt and pain that she was experiencing. Being rejected for something like skin color, different hair texture or style, different country, different language, or even worse ..." WHAT WILL THE NEIGHBORS THINK OR THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT US BEHIND OUR BACK" the father said she has a nail in her nose and look at her hair... that's not Chinese hair... How she must have felt..but the mother was so kind and accommodating towards her... the father didn't even want to be in the same room as her...I couldn't tell what was really going on with the son because he really wasn't putting up much...but then the son's send of at the airport was very much lacking in concern he didn't even want to hug her to give her some kind of comfort as she cried... and he left her there...now maybe he was feeling sorry and he was also feeling saddness but I couldn't tell by his actions... He kept on asking her to stay but he wasn't convincing her as to why she should.. I could just feel her heart shattering...but sometime rejection is protection because I think had she stayed the mistreatment from his father would have gotten worse because he just didn't like her, he didn't like anything about her without even trying to get to know her... He took one look at her and saw black skin, nose piercing, braids and it's a nope...she even took her braids out, her nose piercing out and put on more clothing to show less skin to accommodate his father and he still showed his ass...my guess is that the son thought it's not worth the fight...as I said sometimes rejection is protection.. She needed both arms wrapped around her, press her to your body, and give her a big kiss then maybe she would have stayed. You didn't really give her a reason to stay, and she really wanted your support. So sad! I am not really sure you wanted her to stay even though you asked her to stay several times which seemed insincere.

I’ve read many of the comments and I think we need to give them a chance. These two are smitten with each other. Ziheng loves Erica as much as she loves him. I know he likes to laugh, but his laughter is that of a man in love. Many people cannot see this because they fail to recognize the differences in their cultures.
Apparently, Chinese people do not show open affection. Note Ziheng’s interaction with his parents. There was not much affection, but there was deep respect.
I believe that Ziheng likes African women. He was around many of them but Erica found the way to his heart. He dismissed all the other girls. His focus is now completely on her. If he just wanted her for views, this channel would have been loaded with videos. We are actually begging for uploads here. At least, I am.
Who takes their ‘assistant’ home to meet their parents, especially during the holiday season? Why is the father so concerned if she is just an assistant? Why was his mother arguing with his father?
