He seem to be quite innocent and no filter person. Don't know when to stop, while divulging details and shares way too much, but that really shows that he is not image concious and owns the mistake he has made in his life, which is not easy when you are in showbiz

When people talk about nepo kids , No one can be better than Prateek with such amazing and talented parents, Smita Patil was a legend and Raj Babbar was a star , this Man did not get his due. The industry is ruthless as well as the public who will not take anything on its face value. He is super talented and should have tried harder for his place. Love his work .

Prateik is an underrated actor for sure. Even in his bad choices, most of them at least, his performances have not been the one to blame. Would love to see more of this man. Also, he'd do a really good voice!

It really takes guts to speak up about a lot of things he has gone through. His parents and family were very popular renowned but he i so down to earth and so calm composed and innocent! Loved the way he treated sid like a friend than that of a person taking up his interview and he is only here to answer. Also sid i started watching bombay journey as recommendation but i am now hooked its AMAZING to see you grow everyday
Good dude, a dude's dude. Sounds like he's been thru sh*t, took it on the chin and moved past it. Loved the Bandruh-Boi accent, brought back memories and made me smile. It's hard to have legacy foisted upon oneself, especially when the ones responsible for the legacy aren't around to raise you. Here's hoping he can rise up now and stay up.

Prateik unintentionally selected movies with good content and in which he made an impact but I guess after Ek deewana tha and Issaq he had low in life and bad habits damaged his career.

Yooo ! Jaane TuYa Jaane Na was and is in my opinion Prateek Babar’s best performance. Well written character and the only reason why it worked so well seems to be the fact that Prateek didn’t put any effort and jus played the character like a normal person which is what the character needed.
I don’t know why he was my favorite actor and my crush when I was in teens. I don’t usually have favorites.

His mother was one of the greatest indian actress of her time. She played challenging role at time when industry was male dominant.
I loved his mom! She had a different energy about her. Have sent him multiple dms about it 🤪 ... Talk about desperation.. Love his acting. I have watched "Eak Deewana Tha".. more than 10 times... I wish he goes places from now on..

He seems chill and fun. His experience of simply having stumbled into acting echoes ARK's, who landed a gig VJing or should we say, stumbled into it and his acting career was also incidental, at least in the early days.
This is what having Prahlad Kakkar for a godfather or Siddharth Roy Kapur as a brother gets you. I'm not grudging the access they had but for people on the outside trying to get a foot in the door, it's honestly a lot harder because you don't have the Prahlads and Siddharths saying 'ek larka hai' connecting you to the right people.
Both the actors are oblivious of their privilege. 'Strugglers' would kill for such referrals. Unfortunately, they don't have the ease of stumbling into things. They also don't have the luxury of neglecting academics and need a degree as a backup given the astronomically low odds of ever truly making it.
