Ingredients:
Recipe 1:
500 ml (17.6 fl oz) milk.
80 g (2.8 OZ) milk chocolate.
2 egg yolk.
20 g (0.7 oz) sugar.
30 g (1 oz) corn starch.
Juice of a lemon.
80 g (2.8 OZ) condensed milk.
100 g (3.5 OZ) ricotta cheese.
100 ml (3.5 fl oz) whipped cream.
30 g (1 oz) chocolate biscuits.
Recipe 2:
50 g (1.76 OZ) Savoiarhardi cookies.
Juice of 1 orange ..
70 g (2.46 OZ) condensed milk.
2 egg yolk.
400 ml (14 fl oz) milk.
Shell of 1 lemon.
40 g (1.4 oz) cocoa.
Juice of 1 lemon.
70 g (2.46 OZ) condensed milk.
150 ml (5.3 fl oz) whipped cream.
