She helped me SO much over the years. I listen to what she says about written contracts and how you can't modify it unless the two people sign off on it and stuff like that. Because I listen to her, I was able to save 900$ because a company was trying to rob me by changing the contract without my knowledge and permission. I was able to hold my own without having to either go to court or pay the 900$. She helped me with my landlord because I had at least a basic knowledge of what my rights were. And let's be honest, she helped me be fair sometimes because I didn't want to be taken to court over such and such. she is a gem through and through.

The couple that wanted to adopt had been paying her money to support her in her pregnancy. It was a scam to get money. Despite it being a scam though, the law considered those payments donations and the couple could not get the money back. Judge Judy said that the woman is legally right but morally bankrupt

Assault Rifles have select fire (are capable of fully automatic fire) and cost tens of thousands of dollars and require documentation and taxes and forms. They are only in the hands of serious collectors and I don't think anyone in the US has been killed by an assault rifle since Bonnie and Clyde. Assault rifles are harmless, legal and permitted for sale. Generally speaking, it is legal because only serious collectors buy and sell them and they aren’t a threat to anyone.

That is otter nonsense. The Republicans are a group of uneducated bunch of idiots if they don’t get what they want they will used all the spiteful tactic to punish the rest of the Americans. They are a bunch of spineless two face, two mouthed politicians. So why run for President when his or her hands would be tied unless the side the president is on be it Republicans or Democrats have the most votes. Define "assault weapon". Because it seems to be nothing more than a buzz word, used by people in power to push an agenda. The 2nd amendment does NOT specify the technology behind a firearm by the way....so what you refer to as an "assault weapon" is covered. But, back to my main point. If I hit you with my car, do I now own an assault Ford? How about if I throw a hammer at you? Is that an assault hammer? What about a fist? If I punch someone, do I now possess assault hands? Do you understand how dumb this idea is to label one firearm one thing, but the rest are just ordinary?
And why is it that when a tragic thing happens such as a school shooting, the people in power immediately want to go after the gun? Do we go after the cars of drunks? Do we go after the alcohol of the drunk? Stop blaming OBJECTS and put the blame where it should be! You know damn well that gun isn't capable of doing ANYTHING on its own.

She is 100% incorrect about buying a 'assault weapon' without anything more than a drivers license. Furthermore King saying 'why would anyone need a handgun' is embarrassingly ignorant. He and Judge Judy BOTH have paid security who provide protection with handguns. They might study history and why their Grandparents fled Germany before they make these statements.
