The dude is using his Balrog from World Tour, so his "Z-ism" is customized to a degree as well. Because he's getting fast auto regeneration meter.
So just to put this out here, but a lot of the time when it comes to TAS runs of every kind of game, the bot inputs commands that are normally too fast for a human to ever be able to do. I am no expert when it comes to Zero 3, but it is very possible that comboing from the super and from the grab will either be insanely difficult to pull off or actually impossible for a person to do.
Some of the execution is tight for sure
That's the point of tas I think to show what the game is capable of moreso than what a human is capable of doing.

It is impossible. TAS runs just shows what is within the limits of the technical possibility of the game's engine. No human being can do such things.

This is a Hyper Alpha. You had to beat all the arcade modes to unlock it on the alpha anthology for console. That's why Balrog also had one of the Secret Ism's
Most of the juggles in this TAS are "blue beat" combos (which means you can flip out of them), so they're not true combos, but they're cool to look at.

Why does Balrog have an air throw?
Air Throws are universal in sfa3, everyone has one
Gen was in Alpha 2 and he was in Street Fighter 1. That’s why he was in the Alpha series to begin with.
He is a secret character in the original version of alpha 3, you can play this version by buying the 30th aniversary ccollection.
Balrog was only in Alpha 3, and even then he wasn't technically a complete character until the console version (in the arcade you needed to enter a code to play him and he only had about half his moves)

With the "Lv28" next to the "Z-ISM" in the lower left, this looks like a World Tour mode imported Balrog which may have some modifications which make certain combos and such possible (Balrog can't normally air throw, so that's showing itself there). As such, don't think you can actually pull off everything you see here because it's a World Tour character.
Every character can air throw in Alpha 3 regardless of Ism, but yeah, looks like a world tour character.
Well yeah anyone that's played this game knows you can't do a V-combo from Z-ism (which is just A-ism in the JP version)

Balrog's only playable in the home versions of alpha 3 along with a couple other characters
he's playable along with juli and juni if you're arcade met the specific playtime to unlock them.
In the arcade Alpha 3 (like in 30th anniversary edition), you can just highlight Karin for 3 seconds, move to a Random Select Box, Hold Start for 1 Second, and hit any punch and BOOM! YOUR THE ROG

He looks like he's using some type of game mode. His approach is the same for every character. That doesn't make sense plus, the name under his health bar says " M. Bison " as he plays Balrog. Smh. 🙄 Impress me and play a live person and approach them with that same method. Also, never take any damage and win every round in like 15 seconds of the match starting.
