I ship Bethyl and Caryl, now how do you ask? The moments Beth and Daryl had are priceless, there was a romantic tension. But I know, and learned to accept that Beth is dead, & the ship died with her. Before the Bethyl ep's I shipped Caryl. I NEVER STOPPED, now I know for sure CARYL = LIFE. I hope it will stay like that.
I don't think Carol and Daryl will ever get together and it will forever have to be left to people's imaginations as sadly I think Carol is too damaged and the World they live in isn't one that really gives them space or the tools for healing. I think they feel strong feelings for each other as Daryl lights up a little bit when he see's her particularly the scene where she saves them from Terminus and they are reunited. Its odd Carol got with that guy from Alexandria and that lasted all of a few hours.. But other than that this is what I do like about TWD and its relationships, they are realistic, no one looks like Hollywood, celebulite models and the way that the relationships are built up sharing moments, fighting side by side, the non verbal communications, the heart to hearts are all done so well.

Night time was the only time I could be away. The soft chirp of the crickets, the wind blowing through the long grassy fields. Home felt like this; but not exactly. I felt a coolness inside of me, somewhere in my body. That one urge. I needed to be home. I arrived at Alexandria later than I thought. I quickly scurried to my house, trying not to make any eye contact with anyone outside. I smelled the smoke of a burning cigarette. "What were you doing out in the field?" I quickly turned around to see who was silently speaking to me. In the light of the moon, a figure appeared. "Just. Listening." I responded, and continued to walk faster. "For what?" The figure walked towards me, revealing who this mysterious person was. He had long hair, not that long, bluish, greenish eyes, and broad shoulders. "Something that makes sense." I stopped walking and stared into the strangers eyes. "My names Daryl. Daryl Dixon." He held out his hand, wanting me to shake it. I slowly grasped it. He let go after a quick shake. "Hey, what's your name?" I hesitated and answered. "M-my names Carol." "Well, i'll see you around Carol." I turned around and went into my house. The smell of dust and freshly painted wood filled the living room. I entered my quite cozy bedroom and fell asleep on the chair. I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. I lay on the chair for a couple of minutes or so until I heard the sound of knocking. I quickly ran downstairs and answered the door. Rick, the leader of the ground stood right in front of me. "Morin'. Today, we're putting you on duty for going on a run. If you don't mind, we partnered you up with someone you don't quite know, but you'll see." I nodded and headed up stairs to get ready. I put on my cotton brown T-Shirt and my jeans. Made me some breakfast, and was on my way. I arrived at the church to meet my so-called "partner of mine". When I entered, a tall man, with long hair, bluish, greenish eyes, and broad shoulders was standing in front of me. "Nice to see you again." he said with a warm welcome. "Hello. So i'm guessing you're my partner?" He looked at me with a soft look of trust. "Yes. Yes I am." We left at 7:35, ready. Daryl grabbed his crossbow and a knife, while I grabbed a pistol and a knife, also. "Ready?" he said with no expression. "Yes, let's go." We drove down a road called, "Pathonea Way". We made a few stops when we saw shops with canned foods and utensils. "So how long have you lived in Alexandria?" I asked not thinking. "When I needed to be here." He replied, not making sense. "You know i'm not normally like this, nice and shit like this." I looked concerned while he said his confession. "What do you mean?" "I mean, I'm not like this in front of other people. I think it's just because I drank too much last night." I looked at him. "We just met each other and It feels like we have met before." He didn't reply. We came to Alexandria at 1:27. Daryl looked at me with his bluish, greenish eyes, and said his goodbye for the day. I walked into my house, lit up by the sunlight of the afternoon, to find a clean kitchen. I looked inside the pantries to find nothing. Not even a crumb. I walked to the car I was in earlier before this and grabbed a couple of food cans. I placed them in the cupboards one by one, looking at the label. "Soup, soup, soup, mushroom and cream, spigettios." I carefully lifted the cans lid when I hear a loud bump. I feel a sharp pain in my palm. I look to see the cans lid in my hand. Blood rushed down my arm. I grabbed the silvery red material that was stuck in my hand, and pulled it out. I gasped when I felt the sharp pain rip through my arm and down my spine. A gash formed in my hand. I ran outside, holding pressure to the wound, when I bump into someone. Daryl. "Hello, I need some help right now." I said calmly. "Oh, yes. I'll go get someone." I walked with him until I saw the medics house. I opened the door, leaving a mark that I was here, while I looked at the medic. "Carol, what happened?" Asked the girl. "I cut myself while opening a can." "Oh ok, let me get the needle." I stared at the man standing next to me. I looked at his hand to see blood on it. My blood. He began to walk to the bathroom, and came out with a towel. He began to wipe the blood around the wound off. "I can do that you know." I told him. "Well, rest. You lost enough blood already." I lay down on the bed and fall asleep while I feel a soft hand go across my other hand. I wake moaning to the feel of a prick. I look down to see the medic sewing a needle into my hand. I gasp to the sight I see. I look around for Daryl. "He left, but he said he would be back." The girl said. "Um, ok." The next few minutes were a blur. I feel asleep when I felt a grip on my hand. Warmness filled my hand. "Good morning. Or I should say afternoon." He chuckled. I looked around to see that I was in my room. "What are you doing here?" I said sleepily. "Oh, you passed out two days ago. When you cut your hand. Remember?" I quickly looked at my hand. There was a thick bandage around my hand. I look into his eyes. The look of happiness filled his eyes. We stare at each other for a good minute. "Well, you better get some sleep while I bring you some food. I'll be right back." I felt coldness in my hand while I figure out he was holding my left hand. I fall asleep. "Hey! Hey! Wake up!" I look at who was talking to me. Daryl, sitting on my bed. "We have to go. Right now." "What? Why?" I ask him. "There are walkers. Everywhere. They got into Alexandria somehow. Come on. I know you feel like crap, but we gotta go!" I stood up, getting light headed. He took my hand while I slowly walked down stairs. I suddenly feel that i'm being picked up. Daryl, carrying me down the stairs and running towards a car. He carefully put me in the passenger seat while he jumped into the drivers. We drove out of the gates, and into the forest. After almost an hour of driving, he finally stops. He looked at me. "So this is it. We're stuck in the middle of the forest, in the middle of nowhere?" I asked. "You're lucky I found out soon enough, or we would have been walkers by now." Daryl looked at me in happy to be alive. "You could of saved more people." I said. "There was no one to be saved. The only person that deserves to live, is you. That's why, I risked my life for you." Daryl rolls up his pants to show a bite mark. "I'm happy this wasn't you. At least you're going to live." I stare at Daryl with tears in my eyes. "Y-you need help right now." "I'm not going to live. Just stay alive for me." I stare into his eyes. I feel his warm lips kiss my cheek. I look at him, and lean in to kiss him. His lips, against mine. "I don't want you to turn into one of those things." "just shoot me." "I can't. I can't kill you." I said teary eyes. "I will miss you too much." I give him a gun. I hold a gun also. "When I count to three we pull the trigger. Together." Daryl looks up at me when he hears my suggestion. "Together?" He says. "Together." We both look at each other and kiss one last time. "One." I say, looking up at him. I actually felt something warm inside."Two" Something Like Home.......Three." Can't lose you.
