Michelle is absolutely correct. You’re dying on that wrong hill Stats. The game isn’t to win under the hardest conditions, it’s to have redundant ways to win. Make it easy to win. BA is scoping the corner and the safety in context of his route better than Brock is, who has to see the whole field. Put the hand up means broken coverage and no lurking defenders, so QB should just react, throw, score points, yay. Anything not that makes it harder to execute and making it harder on yourself to execute is always wrong

Michelle is 100% right! All WRs put their hand up to assure and Alleviate any concerns the QB has! I’ve seen Deebo and Kittle do it in open field many times!

If Stats introduces Michelle with a question, we never get a “Hey hey!” from Michelle. Rob needs to save the first question until AFTER. 😆

Michelle is 100% totally right (shocker). You can't act like JAG out there if you're the highest paid player on offense. Help your QB out!

Yah its crazy that aiyuk is the bad guy here for doing what he is supposed to. Brock saw it was single high and nobody was in the area. Its crazy how much hate ba gets for his team not knowing how to handl contracts...

BA may not have put his hand up....but Trent Williams while engaged in blocking pointed down field at BA for BP to throw lol

what a strange thing to not agree with Michelle on. Game of inches, every little thing you can do to win is necessary. Brock is processing a million things in the heat of the moment -- several reasons for not throwing the ball (i.e a safety hidden in his line of sight) could have instantly been negated if BA just gave him the all clear. Not saying it's BA's fault the play didn't happen, or that the throw would have been made if he did so, but to entirely shrug it off as a non factor is a little baffling.

I have to disagree with Michelle. The Cards and Seagawks games won't be easy, and Seattle is a road game on a short week. When will people stop overlooking teams. We are already winless in the conference and division. Every game matters for seeding and the division. On top of that, our D line has always struggled against mobile QBs, and now they can't do anything well. These next 3 games could make or break our season. So lets not use the word easy

Any chance Kittle can play LB.
Great point by Michelle with the hand up. I hadn't thought about that. Yes I have seen Kittle put his hand up. Michelle is not wrong

Niners Nation used a click ass bait headline....I clicked it and read it then instantly blocked em. Click bait is some bs.

Hands down MIchelle is on point... YOU know who did that ALL. THE. TIME. Jerry Rice, the greatest receiver of-all-time and he played with Montana and Young as QBs! Rob is not at all being fair to Brock on that point.

Not putting a hand up is not the end of the world. She is making this out to be more than it is. Guys don't do it all the time. To say Brock missed him is not calling him a trash QB but fault BA because his hand is down is weak. The hand is to flag your QB's attention, but Brock saw him anyways, so what does it matter.

Stats - she's right Aiyuk should put his hand up if he's wide open. Stop giving Aiyuk excuses

Omg ya'll are blowing this "put a hand up" way out of proportion. Brock just missed him. It doesn't mean Brock is bad. Randy Moss was the king of pu5ting his hand up, but he didn't do it every time.
